it's so good to see Marie and her big smile back. can't believe how much Tomaz has done in the short time he's been there. don't let him leave. I'd love to be doing what he's doing and going through all the junk and tidying and finding places for it. Well done Tomaz and Selmar on the laundry. it's coming along so well.

Love the colours in the laundryroom now, well done Thomaz! Oh how I wish these vlogs were hours long, haha. Love them so much 😍 Greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱

Stephanie, thank you for the great vlog once again. It really lifts my spirit to know that one is waiting to be viewed! It’s great to see all the activities going on around the chateau and the people who have gathered together to get it done. To the comments I’ve read about how you’re just having fun and not doing enough work, I see you more as the CEO of the chateau. You may not be the one constantly hammering the nails but you are guiding/leading the activities and people who can help make the chateau the best it can be. I applaud you for that. I can’t imagine the time you spend researching the information you give us and the editing of the vlogs. I’ve learned so much about toile, English/French china, curtains and design in general. This is much better than tv. You bring information, joy, laughter, positivity and the belief that you can make your dream come true with a little help from your friends.
Imagine she living there by herself, freezing and doing all alone, making dozens or courtines to all rooms and after all being called lazy! I cannot believe how bitter a human being must be to send hate comments to Stephanie!
I also think people don't realize how much work it is to do one vlog, never mind 4 or 5 per week. Stephanie has set herself a cracking pace with these uploads.
What a beautiful community of people. Collective humanity at its best all living and working to better the home and enrich each other’s lives. What I would give to be able to cook and bake for these people and their guests.
Another fun, uplifting vlog. Cannot wait to see the new paintings. And Selmar's jacket was gorgeous. With the blue shoes will be great, in right size of course. Much too small.
That was a fantastic fun packed vlog. Tomas is doing a lovely job on the laundry, & Isabelle & Dan are transforming the kitchen garden. The chateau is really filling up with people now. Great excitement all together. Can't wait for next week!!!!!

It makes it so refreshing and uplifting. I spent the last five years in severe pain and bedridden and from the first time I saw Stephanie in the kitchen making something I loved it and it turned out to be so much more than a cooking show ! I love the restoration of chateaux and I’m now replaying many of the old ones while I wait for the next one. I am so enjoying the transformation of the laundry! Also, Thomas' amazing talent for finding bits and pieces not being used and repurposing them. Hints of the china room ... can't wait. I am thinking that soon a nice room with a view for Natalie to have an official "LaLande Office"?

Are you guy going to paint the wood shelves? I spoke to soon and now you have painted it and wow it looks great. What a great bunch of people are with you Steff.
It is so good to see more family and friends back at the Chateau and I so appreciate the time you spent filming in the garden with Isabelle. Just a wonderful vlog. xoxo
How absolutely fantastic to see La La land full of beautiful people again. What I wouldn't give to be there. Have a fantastic time everyone in Stephanie's little spot of Heaven on earth 🥰💕🥰💕

Gerald, millions of hugs, glad to see you walking and talking, everything you do gets a chuckle. Love the Eons . Appreciate their work😊. Love to see Percy, I called the Richard Robert's prayer line for him and Gerald. I want mother to smile inside her heart. Love is a many splended thing. Another delightful vlog, Stephanie. Lots of variety for us today...from a basement to an under the eaves special place to land. Tomaz you are so, so talented. It's clear Stephanie is in awe of your ability to poke around, peek and peck through stuff and then hone in on a treasure just waiting to be placed in the perfect spot to be admired. Love it! Wonderful to see the Chateau filling up with familiar faces. Welcome back everyone.
I am overwhelmed at the garden! Please would you posts shots of the greenhouse, as I hope to recreate a similar one, if possible, attached to my barn. My mum and grandmother used to make "chicken tea" from the manure of their hens, but they didn't add the molasses. I love this and hope to find some hens to donate manure. That will be after I manage to dig up all the plants that need rescuing and have a greenhouse to shelter them in. So much to do! Thank you, thank you, thank you everyone at Lalonde, for your enthusiasm and your love of life. It is inspiring. Oh, and Selmar, LOVE the jacket! I hope you will be able to get the right size. Much love to everyone at LaLonde!
Selmar's jacket is absolutely perfect for him. It's one of a kind. I hope he can get a replacement that fits because this jacket is him!
It's wonderful that all the volunteers have such a keen desire to leave the Chateau better than they found it.

I am so enjoying the transformation of the laundry! Also, Thomas' amazing talent for finding bits and pieces not being used and repurposing them. Hints of the china room ... can't wait. I am thinking that soon a nice room with a view for Natalie to have an official "LaLande Office"?
Nati works in Stephanie's office, up the hall from the kitchen.
@@l.carolparson9689 Oh, I missed that somehow...I thought Stephanie and Nati was tucked into the corner of the room with red wallpaper, that they sometime also set up the table to eat around. It's good that they have a dedicated room for the administration of LaLande
That black strap molasses is a childhood staple of mine...from the States. It is integral to making a good loaf of bread. :). XOXO
Love organic fertilizer and gardening :)
My mother always says you are the joy of my heart when we ask who's your favorite...she says you are darling!...but she says it to all of us
..
Are you guy going to paint the wood shelves? I spoke to soon and now you have painted it and wow it looks great. What a great bunch of people are with you Steff.

Glad to see Marie back. She has a lovely smile.
She does, doesn't she.
I LOVE the art for the china room! The garden looks amazing, it must be so rewarding to see the fruits of your labor (literally) begin to grow! When you saw the painted laundry room I actually gasped, it looks so good! The chateau volunteers are a dream team, that's for sure!

What a lovely video! I think Dan is a natural on camera and perhaps should do a few garden tips!!! I think the laundry room looks amazing!!!
WOW this garden is truly AMAZING!! What will you do with all the vegetables?? Beautiful beautiful beautiful!!
I love seeing the Chateau such a hive of activity. Stephanie, it must be very gratifying seeing so much happening after all your years of hard work.
LOVE LOVE LOVED this vlog! Well done, S!
Michael Potts, Oliver, Nick and family...I can't take all this happiness!!! YESSSSS.
So lovely to see you all! I got to see Thor visiting his brood of children! The happy rapport is so wonderful to see👍🙋🌟🌟🌟🧚🕊️🌟🌟
