#1 is to have good audio, you've got that. Maybe lower game volume a little but it sounds good!
#2 for me, consistency. If you consistently schedule uploads at a very regular rate, people will start watching regularly just for that reason. People like having something to watch before bed, or when they get home from work, or whatever it is.
#3 the real cheat code is to find a game you enjoy that is lacking content. Cube Chaos, Noita, Nova Drift, Backpack Battles, Magicraft, Kenshi, are small games with very dedicated communities.
#4 for the 1st video in a long series, ask people to subscribe. You don't have to do it every episode but if you're going to play 20+ episodes of a game, people who like your videos will go and start from episode 1.
