She is not a doctor. Talk to your endocrinologist. Make sure, you get your ViT D level checked and take Vit D3 daily. It’s a must with thyroid medication. Get your thyroid scan done every two years. Ask your Endo to check your antibodies and see if you have other autoimmune diseases. I hope this helps
