Dear Mansoor,we have the roto molding machines size range from 18inch to 36inch,they're not only making the small PVC toy but also can make big PVC toy,the small size can load less mold and the bigger one can load more molds on it.Please contact us if you are interested in it.Thanks

Dear Peggie, Thanks for your reply dated nil and pictures of the various sizes of Roto Molding Ovens that you are manufacturing . Please understand we need production of small toys animals / Doll's Head of PVC and at present we need only a small production and therefore, are looking forward for a small machine which can accept three to four molds at a time around 3" to 4" high , because we already have rotational mold in this size of Doll Heads and Animals, but want a limited production machine operated by a single operator.
Can you please see how you can help us with such a machine. We had seen such a machine made in China on the TH-cam which please check your self and see if you can offer us a similar machine.
Please note the mold size that we would be using would be around max 3" high and about 2" wide.
We also need rotational molds for Doll's Heads in various sizes along with Spraying Stencils for the Eyes and the Hair.
Please be kind enough to send your complete cat on the small Box Oven Rotational Molding Machine very suitable for the production of small animals and doll's heads similar to the one shown in the youtube.

This is Peggie ,glad to receive your comments about my video ,just as you saw my TH-cam,our factory is mainly produce rotomoulding machine,dosing machine,dispense machine,vacuum machine and sewing hair machine and also we help customer to develop molds and make finished products.
According to your molds size 3"to 4" high,we recommend 18inch rotomoulding machine,our machine can load 3 to 4pcs molds in one plate,3pcs will be preferable.
Size of the mold decide the Qty loading on the plate.

we can make any size ,it depends on the size of molds.Now the smallest size is 18inch,it can make any products of those diameter is not over 470mm,heights not over 400mm.
