Just tried to remove my screen. From this video there are tons of steps missing. Look for other videos to make sure you are not missing any steps. For instance at 3:04 you can clearly see the entire backplate is already off. Also at 6:38 you actually see what has been removed while theres no video of it being removed. There are other videos that actually show all steps.

did u replace the hole panel including the amoled screen...i cracked my screen but its just the outer glass thats crack is there any way of removing just the glass and replacing that?

You need to replace the whole screen. It needs professional machines and skills to replace the LCD only. Even a little misoperation would ruin the whole screen. No, the screen in this video is not a3000 us version. I'm not sure whether this screen is compatible with your device, because may not all a3000 saled in US are US version. Optic is the same as super amoled, they just call it different way because of marketing and it is tweaked a little different.
