CannotThinkOfAUsername ah thanks! I knew it was from Boo To You. And not surprising of WDW...they’re the only park I know that recycles 20 year old floats
Its the same float they use every halloween, it just wasnt meant to be viewed in the daylight, since it was made for a night-time parade.

This is the reason we shouldn’t have a parade. Look at all those people just standing there. That’s not what they wanted. In this case just have the whole thing then.
Its only like that because its the 1st day of the Halloween event and all the media were there covering it, this day in particular was sold out, but most other days are ALOT more empty
This is Calvacade. Since we have to social distancing us from Disney characters this is the only way we could see them without being infected by the virus.
