Out of all the builds I’ve tried so far this is the craziest one yet. Really liking the build. Just hit 80 and I’m blowing through the level 90 area, was doing so at 72.
Thank you so much for the in depth run through of this. I Love all the explosions on screen haha! I imported the loot filter but it didn't seem like it was for this build. I'm new to the game so I could be completely wrong. It didn't look like it was filtering out unwanted gear. It looks like it is including gear for all masteries and all prefixes and suffixes. I know I can go through and select/deselect things I want/don't want but I was hoping to be lazy and import your filter and go haha. Please let me know about your filter when you have a chance. I love most aspects of the game, but it's so hard to feel and look powerful, even if you can kill things quickly, it's not showy or cool. This really scratches that PoE endgame build itch!
On your build planner. is it possible to do the timeline on how you speced into the points. It doesnt have time stamps to show what order to put them in

The unique ring that drops from the last dungeon goes hard with this build. Every stat you have on it triples when you teleport. It’s on a small cool down but with perfect stats on it you can really make this build shine.
I was considering but haven't for a couple reasons. 1. I really need the crit chance on the ring to cap my crit 2. I can't really get resistances from many other places 3. 12 second cooldown is pretty long for the damage buff i would get if I had t7 int slammed on them. I feel like I would only swap if I could get one with 3lp lol
just an update : just hit 250 corruption with a good gear (without LP on stuff). Farming relic with LP and exp (93). Work very well, no problem. Tyvm. Next i ll grab some more intel and LP (i hope). i thk i ll stay under 300 until i get better gear and all ll be fine ^^
@@webfabio6259You will need to be higher level as it's important to have enough skill points to take all of the nodes in frostclaw. You could try to do it and not use some of the extra cast nodes in the bottom left though. Your dps might go down but the mana wouldn't be as much of an issue.
check out my mana juggling video! I go into ward generation in the second half. For health, mage sure you take life leech from either the sorcerer tree or the Black Sun timeline blessing. Glad you are having fun!
Soooo here's what happened. I started off running cold Frost Claw with Ice Nova focus, my clear was great but I was sipping on struggle sauce with bosses, even in the 70's when I was on par with the content's level. Then I decided to swap into Frost Claw with Ice Barrage focus for more boss damage, but lost a lot of of my clear potential because of it. THEN I swapped to a Frost Claw + Nova + Barrage combo hybrid, but for a lack of a better way of explaining, it was just... meh. Then I found this build, did a hard swap from cold to lightning, changed out a ton of gear/skills/passives, and WOW it worked like a charm. I'm nowhere close to optimal (1LP gear at best), but this build is just AWESOME. It is the ultimate full package. It's got clear, it's got boss damage, it's got tankiness, it's mobile with a ~3s teleport, it scales to the moon since you can always find more ways to stack more int, and best of all, it absolutely blankets the screen with magical goodness and makes me feel like my RTX 4080 is finally being put to use. 10/10 would recommend (just not for a starter, you really need enough mana cost reduction + Frost Claw levels to make it sing). Hope you come up with some progression updates too, would love to see the next iteration of this build!!!
Awesomw build, i made my own runemaster build and am currntly flying at 200 corruption, maybe ill swithc to this have all the gear for it, probs switch at lvl 100, im 93 rn, great idea!
i noticed your elemental nova has 3 different damage types, fire,cold,lightning. which means it cycles thru 3 different damage types... how often will the damage type land on lightning for spark charge chance to really matter? if i were you, i would cut out cold damage completely that way it will only cycle thru 2 damage types and you will more likely hit more spark charge chances for that node to really matter as much. having to currently cycle thru 3 different damage types means less chances for it to be lightning. i hope this makes sense it will greatlly increase your single target dps as well.
Cool build! I wanted to try something like this with dragoraths and lightning blast instead of static for aegis+closed circuit buff. Pretty rough on mana though with so many procs.
Assuming we cant get the additional plus 6 or however many extra to frost claw, what at a minimum of 20-21 points are the MUST HAVE to make it work.Also whats giving you the health leech? And how do you compensate for Volley of glass? That point kills my mana
good question. you might have to despec from some of the extra cast nodes in the bottom left of frostclaw tree to make it work. You might also not be able to have the automatic elemental nova casts from frostclaw.
great video, but the filter is different than shown in video. I think the rule "show important affixes for spark charges" is wrong. Anybody have the correct filter please??
Hi I’m a bit confused. You use static orb to grant lightening Aegis but I don’t see you casting it in your demo. Does it proc with Frost Claw or do you cast it manually as a filler?
Very small boost. Frostguard is definitely stronger than aegis as it gives 5% more damage reduction as well as a bunch of ward. Neither are bad, but for this build, frostguard is definitely better
Hey man, I really really enjoy your build/guide and for me it's working well, but let me ask u something.. Why is static orb on the plan and why don't spend all the points?
Not at all. lightning shred reduces enemy lightning resistance by 50% at max stacks which is like a whole extra More multiplier on the damage. I already have so much increased lightning damage from stacking intelligence that the blessing wouldn't make much of a difference.
Made one as soon as I saw this vid absolutely loving it so far, just a heads up you have 13 points missing from static orb in the planner. Much appreciated for the build.
glad you are enjoying it! I didn't spec any more points into static since static's only purpose is for lightning aegis and any more points are just kinda useless

So I ran this through the acts using frost claw and just didn't spec the far left 4 nodes and it was a breeze. This is hands down the best build in the game IMO, played a falconer explode ballista lvl 90, bleed lock lvl 98, frost bug druid, and this takes the cake by far got it all speced out now, with the right mana and all the nodes and this is the most fun I've had thanks again.
@@booty_noodles So damn good, i really believe it saved this game for me, ballista falcon felt clunky, bleed lock cast the grand canyon and wait, druid was decent but lacked damage, this is the ultimate build, instant damage, clears the screen and great boss damage. Thank you again for this. I love the game but I was getting bored with the builds. im a 5k hour POE player, I like fast paced, millions of monsters, tons of action. This build does that for me.

Really nice build!!! Iam lvl 71 atm and "new" to the game. What do u think when i can start to use your filter and where i get the best gear? I tried to use the filter but on my level not a single item was not excluded.
Any chance for a planner with actual skill and passive progression, and some details in there? I get that you made a videos, but having to go back to it every time a skill levels up or anything like that is a bit backwards
You have to have +4-5 minimum to frost claw through your items. I'd say you don't want to switch to this build until you are at least in the 90's since it's also very reliant on passives and blessings. before you can run spark charges applied by mana strike pretty cheaply though with fragment of the enigma and dragorath's claw.
I'm really digging this build, but I detest that relic. Perhaps it's because I don't have enough of the other gear to enhance my ward/have more HP; but I'm constantly putting myself in danger/dying because of the relic. I'm going to use the alternative you suggested but frost claw starved :(
I would say that is probably fine with the exception of the twisted heart. having +3 to frostclaw is more important than the twisted heart. additionally, you might get more damage out of a normal crystal/dragonhorn wand than the ladle with no legendary potential.

maybe? i think you lose a LOT by not having access to the last half of runemaster passive tree though. Runic invocation can also give a lot of buffs either offensive or defensive
Hi i just rolled to the build again, since i was trying couple of builds on runemaster, but now since i changed back again all the same items everything is the same i dont seem to get the same amouts of ward, first time i played it i was getting about 20k+ ward now im hardly stacking like 5-6k, any suggestions why that is happening ? PPC... Build feels great !
pretty much. a lot of you ward generation is coming from ward on cast and ward on hit/crit so you can still generate tons of ward without the twisted heart
I made a guide on Last epoch tools you should be able to find that has the progression. That said, this is definitely not a leveling build and you should only spec into it after you are level 90+
@@booty_noodles Just a heads up i leveled with frost claw using your planner, had all the unique's already as this is my 4th character and I have to say this was the fastest, smoothest, most damage I've done, through the acts. I have a explode siege falcon, bleed lock and swarm lightning blade druid. Frost claw does really nice damage for leveling.
the most important part of this build is having enough skill points for frostclaw. It would probably be difficult to swap early without the relic with +3 to frost claw and the skill all the way at level 20. You could try playing with frostclaw and not specking into some of the extra cast nodes in the bottom left that increase mana cost a lot. DPS would go down but probably would still be more than enough early-mid game
@@booty_noodles Thanks for your feedback. I really have come to like frostguard, even though flame rush is inferior to teleport. I decided to play low life and ward for now. Not having the legendaries at this point in time.
@@booty_noodles my ward shield goes up to like 5k-6k max.Is that because of int? Getting one shoted by bosses and dmg is also really struggling....Well gotta do with the gear.No money to buy anything new from auc right now:)
Stacking int is super important. Want at LEAST 120. Might consider swapping runic invocation to cold fire cold as well. To do that you have to switch from teleport to flame rush though. You can also swap static orb out for flame ward. both of those give a lot more survivability
Im playing spark lightning blast but my favourite skill in the game is frostclaw. Is this build able to trigger spark charge faster than 0.7s? Lightning blast triggers it inmediatly with the next cast. This has made me asume that there is no way to beat it as a spammable. Very cool build either way, thanks.
Unsealed mana tree skil doesnt really give you any mana since I dont see you having a skill that costs 0 mana. Need to cast a 0 mana skill in order to get that burst of ward and mana. The cast speed is nice tho
With 24 points you could have everything in frostclaw just fine but not spec into the elemental nova nodes. you wouldnt have the big aoe explosions and dps would be a bit lower, but still would have pretty solid damage
You can do it with 24 points with a plus 2 Frost Claw relic. That is what I run and I have enough points to get my mana cost low enough. I also don't spec Frozen Malice as it's not at all a big loss in damage and is more for clear than anything which to me is redundant with ele nova procing so much.
@@booty_noodles Hey great build by the way, I'm struggling also with Mana, i've watched your viv multiple times and still cant sustain mana, I have 3 points in Gift of winter. 4 in Spark of celerity, my mana cost is 22 but i still run out easily, any advice?
that is weird. how much mana total do you have? Sometimes i just get unlucky with the mana return from the gift of winter and having a slightly larger mana pool can reduce the chance of that happening
@@booty_noodles I think you are missunderstanding. The filter is not correct. We want the strict filter for endgame, but the filter in description is showing too many blue and rare.

i pretty much run the same build except for the static and replace it with flame ward and covert flame ward to ice for the invocation

it's very important to take the mana efficiency nodes, have mana efficiency idols, and have -3 spell mana cost of your weapon

currently at 1000 corruption farming very easily. throne of ambition is a waste of idol slots for this build since we dont do fire or cold damage
ok so i got 3 points spend in cryomantic fragility but my elemental nova still costs 2 mana?? Can you tell me why?

I got the idols and +3 to frost claw but its still at 26 mana cost? Am i missing something?

I may or may not have spent too much money on my PC lol. you can try turning down effects/screen shake in settings though

static orb is only really to give us lightning aegis. other points are really relevant

This build is really just meant for endgame and the filter is only going to show exalted affixes
Thanks good to know, at the moment I try to get a clue of the favor system and lenses. When I hit endgame I sure will go for this build.

Not really supposted to try this build until you have almost all passive points anyway. I added skill progression to the BiS planner for you though.

you won't have issues with hp if you get life leach. you need leach somewhere in your build if you use that relic.
Is tier 7 spell critical chance a good stat to have slammed into the weapons? Or should it really be just crit multi/cast speed? Thank you!
If you can't cap your crit elsewhere i supposed you could do that, but idealy you can get to 100% crit from other places.
could this be used in HC? and if yes what kind of runemaster build would you use to grind the gear for this build on hc?

filter is only for late game. This isn't an early game viable build.
Should I equip the base uniques if I have them while I work my way up to making them legendary?
I would say that is probably fine with the exception of the twisted heart. having +3 to frostclaw is more important than the twisted heart. additionally, you might get more damage out of a normal crystal/dragonhorn wand than the ladle with no legendary potential.
Where are the other frost claw levels coming from? I only see 3 from relic, chest and catalyst :o

maybe? i think you lose a LOT by not having access to the last half of runemaster passive tree though. Runic invocation can also give a lot of buffs either offensive or defensive

Hi i just rolled to the build again, since i was trying couple of builds on runemaster, but now since i changed back again all the same items everything is the same i dont seem to get the same amouts of ward, first time i played it i was getting about 20k+ ward now im hardly stacking like 5-6k, any suggestions why that is happening ?

pretty much. a lot of you ward generation is coming from ward on cast and ward on hit/crit so you can still generate tons of ward without the twisted heart
insane build ! can you make the passive and skill passive progression ?
I made a guide on Last epoch tools you should be able to find that has the progression. That said, this is definitely not a leveling build and you should only spec into it after you are level 90+
@@booty_noodles Just a heads up i leveled with frost claw using your planner, had all the unique's already as this is my 4th character and I have to say this was the fastest, smoothest, most damage I've done, through the acts. I have a explode siege falcon, bleed lock and swarm lightning blade druid. Frost claw does really nice damage for leveling.

what is best level to swap to this build? i have currently 55.
the most important part of this build is having enough skill points for frostclaw. It would probably be difficult to swap early without the relic with +3 to frost claw and the skill all the way at level 20.
You could try playing with frostclaw and not specking into some of the extra cast nodes in the bottom left that increase mana cost a lot. DPS would go down but probably would still be more than enough early-mid game
Have you considered picking arcane battery, or can you explain why not to?
i don't think we would be able to generate enough stacks for it to be worth it tbh. you could try though!
@@booty_noodles Thanks for your feedback. I really have come to like frostguard, even though flame rush is inferior to teleport. I decided to play low life and ward for now. Not having the legendaries at this point in time.

i keep getting a debuff called lightning overload with this build, is there any way to stop it? because it gets rid of all my dmg
You most have an item equipped that is giving you the debuff. Maybe scales of Eterra?

@@booty_noodles my ward shield goes up to like 5k-6k max.Is that because of int? Getting one shoted by bosses and dmg is also really struggling....Well gotta do with the gear.No money to buy anything new from auc right now:)
Stacking int is super important. Want at LEAST 120. Might consider swapping runic invocation to cold fire cold as well. To do that you have to switch from teleport to flame rush though. You can also swap static orb out for flame ward. both of those give a lot more survivability
Im playing spark lightning blast but my favourite skill in the game is frostclaw. Is this build able to trigger spark charge faster than 0.7s? Lightning blast triggers it inmediatly with the next cast. This has made me asume that there is no way to beat it as a spammable.

No. lightning blast is the only skill that "detonates" spark charges, but honestly it's not really necessary imo. stuff blows up so fast anyway.
So on static orb do we just not use any of the extra points or is it like a pick what we want for the remaining?
you can pick what you want. it doesn't really matter, just make sure mana cost stays very low and you keep the lightning aegis node

I pretty much hold down right click for frost claw and then press Q W E in a row every time Teleport is off cooldown. It's very simple for this build
Unsealed mana tree skil doesnt really give you any mana since I dont see you having a skill that costs 0 mana. Need to cast a 0 mana skill in order to get that burst of ward and mana. The cast speed is nice tho
How did you get 26 points in the frost claw? I only got 25 even with +3 on the relic

What is the minimum amount of frostclaw + i need to start the build if i have 100 corruption?
With 24 points you could have everything in frostclaw just fine but not spec into the elemental nova nodes. you wouldnt have the big aoe explosions and dps would be a bit lower, but still would have pretty solid damage
You can do it with 24 points with a plus 2 Frost Claw relic. That is what I run and I have enough points to get my mana cost low enough. I also don't spec Frozen Malice as it's not at all a big loss in damage and is more for clear than anything which to me is redundant with ele nova procing so much.

just spell crit. Think of spell crit as a subcategory of crit just like how fire damage is a subcategory of elemental damage
consodering teleport ele nova doesnt work with cooldown i think the whole build is based on a bug :// nice one tho looks super cool
I don't think it's a bug honestly. even if it was the build would still be great, but the elemental nova would have a slightly smaller area.

@@booty_noodles Hey great build by the way, I'm struggling also with Mana, i've watched your viv multiple times and still cant sustain mana, I have 3 points in Gift of winter. 4 in Spark of celerity, my mana cost is 22 but i still run out easily, any advice?
that is weird. how much mana total do you have? Sometimes i just get unlucky with the mana return from the gift of winter and having a slightly larger mana pool can reduce the chance of that happening

Hey! this build is not really a starter build, so if you are using blue items still this probably isn't for you.
I would wait until you are at least level 90 before trying this
@@booty_noodles I think you are missunderstanding. The filter is not correct. We want the strict filter for endgame, but the filter in description is showing too many blue and rare.
