This judge is bias. The statement question from prosecutor, was indeed leading. Because if there were no signed statements, by the witness, then is just mere speculating
Judge also allows much debates to go on with objections, rather than making a “sustained” or “overruled” ruling so that examination proceeds smoothly, swiftly and limit debates which waste time.
In other places, this case would be sealed in two days honestly. The witness MUST do indications in court so that the learned counsel can make her case easily...if there is any. Worse still these indications MUST be a part of the investigations from the crime scene and now be referred to by the counsel.
