QB, You're taking damage because he's NOT a wreck, he's still a living tank, just the crew is dead. It's a strange mechanic and it's killed me before. You can still get proxy spotted by tanks with dead crews too, since it measures it from the tank, not the crew skills.

@@jl6569 no he wasn't. Sixth sense was working when he was getting spotted and for sure there was a direct line between the dead E4 and him

Yeah, you also can still do some dmg to the drowned tank. QB not knowing this - such a noob :)
You can tell the difference between the VZ.55s single and auto loader guns. The single shot has a muzzle break and the autoloader does not. It's the same for all the autoloaders up the Czech line for the heavies
single shooter is so much better with the better dpm
@@simonhicken3892 dpm isnt everything, its far better to deal like 1000 damage in 2 seconds than fire 490 in 10 seconds.
The case of "disappearing" shells is a common feature in World of Tanks. It has happened to me so many times. Well aimed shots at enemy tanks just disappear into thin air for no reason at all. It is very frustrating. WG does not seem to care about it at all.
same for me, target not moving and all reticle on tank and no hit...

It's not that hard to understand, even if frustrating. Even a full aimed target is not a 100% guaranteed Hit. So that 10%, 20%, or 30% miss has to disappear somewhere...

It's impossible to understand when a twenty yard shot vanishes into thin air, hitting absolutely nothing. It's just B. S. on the part of wargaming, been there since the closed beta.

If a tank drowns with some of it's hitpoints remaining you can still get damaged if you ram it or mount it and you can still do damage to it but it won't count towards your damage done
I love these video where he shows the same experience we all get in this game. Just keep them up like this, not only win win win games, show us some real life sad typical everyday games like these :D
I thought it pretty interesting the trouble a player of your caliber has playing plain vanilla tanks regardless of whether they’re OP or not. It’s the grind that gets you and that’s why when going through this time after time I realized getting to the top with the equipment is just in lock step with crew skills and skillful map strategies. Man that can be a long trip.
I am currently working my way towards the following in no particular order: VK30.01p -> Maus, IS-3 -> IS-7, Caernarvon -> Super Conqueror, BZ-56 -> BZ-75, STA-1 -> STB-1, and started the Vz.55 line.
Bro same,except the Maus,and I already got the IS 7,I would also recommend perhaps Obj 705A,its hella good
i'm doing the vk30.01p to maus grind, currently on the mauschen but the vk30.01p is a little gem of a t6 heavy. need to start the caerny to s.conq line as the s.conq is a bit of a beast. won't bother with the bz grind as i got a bz-176 for xmas
QB, every tank can traverse that water. I do it regularly in all of my somewhat-mobile tanks, even the small ones. You just have to periodically roll up the cliff to catch air
I think the Conqueror is still tier for tier my favorite vehicle in the game. The caern was the first high tier tank I really played well and getting the conq felt so good 😊

I'm mainly working on the mid tier tanks (now even more so, cause of the battlepass, so I can get it done in time). Tiers 9 and 10 just are too expensive to play for me, so I usually only play them when I have premium time or if an interesting tank is top of the tree (like the VZ55, currently on tier 8 for that).

As a mostly F2P player (only spend $ on upto 50x large crates during holiday ops to get 1 of the featured prem each year), really find this video helpful. And on top of that, love to see you in your PlaysForFree account and play some tanks without all top upgrades/equipments/field mods/fully trained/multi-skilled crew, which is a big chunk of my WoT experience anyways. To my other friends who also play WoT & F2P like me, when I share some of your videos and tell them how good some tanks look, their response are often that of "of course this so & so tank looks good in his videos since he has all the best equipments/crews/consumables, etc and won't reflect how this tank will perform in my hands". I mean, it's basically a waste opportunity - defeat the purpose if you don't do that with your P4F account, to reflect F2P player experience. I really would love to see more videos like that in the future. Thank you in advance!

Well Im not free to play, im accually pay to play player, I pay into game, But I dont use Gold only, Exept 1 tank, who, thanks to WG he nerf, cant do anything without Gold, any thats Caliban
@@arryascz6970 But you can buy the "gold" rounds for silver. And with the amount of premium tanks/time + credit boosters they give away, its more than affordable.

Jokes aside ... Commanders hatch on the top turret is terrible, but gun is good 👍
you can use the top gun and turret without the track ont the conq, just need the 3rd engine, and hardening.
At the moment I'm grinding AMX haevys line, VII is very nice, VII was not so bad on stock hull and now I have IX tier :)
I was thinking to get the Udes 15/16, then I can move Dez up to that, you are in the Comet for the moment and I really like the Strv 103B if we should talk tier 10 tanks. But it is hard to play this game with handicap, shaking hands from I was born.
Amx M4 54 has good armor yes , but it gets penned easily but most t10 gold through its mantlet
Agreed I admit the tank is good but I won't get it since I have a super conquer I prefer since I can just spam gold through the cheeks of the amx

32:23 The games I recognized were extremely fast from 2 weeks ago. A lot of 2:15 finishing battles, it wasnt that bad in December, but after New years, the games started having a lot of fast games. It's like WG reverted something
i know it makes t6/7s almost unplayable with all the bz-176s and calibians driving around...i get 1shot and 2 shot from them...i even try to go fight the lower tier tanks -- but somehow they find a way to shoot me from some wierd angle through stuff.. and BOOM .. back to the garage...
The tanks I am going for is fv4005, Sheridan, bz 75, conqueror gun carrier and the maus. I am currently on the challenger, m41 bulldog, bz 58, fv207 and on tiger p.
another great vid. cheers. currently grinding the mauschen, next stop the maus. also type 4 heavy and then onto the type 5. plus at the mo i am enjoying the t-832, kv-5 (for the ramming fun) and the tier 5 t1 heavy. as i am doing this i am just using standard ammo as i am credit grinding until i have 50 mill.
T1 Heavy is a fun tank to 3 MoE for sure!

once you get to the m6 its amazing, tier 9 levels of dpm and a phenominal turret to boot. Easily one of the best tier 6 tanks out there.

What tier 10 should I grind ?
Me: Don't ... when you reach tier 8 you will suffer a lot from tier 8 Premium tanks in a stock tech tree tank .... (I'm looking at you Bourrasque, Skoda T-56, Vipera, BZ-176 ....)

There is an app to help folk working thier way up the tech tree. Grinder is available on both apple and android.

STB is better only against lower tier tanks with low pen, anything with under 300 HEAT or 290 APCR or 275 AP will have a hard time penning its turret.
But nowaday WoT is so much different. The hulldown meta has shifted from just hulldown to high-alpha + hulldown.
I barely avg 4.5k combined with the STB but casually doing 5k+ with the UDES.
The UDES is simply a better tank than STB now with way more reliable gun & armor against tier 10s.
You can even achieve .27 accuracy with the UDES if you don't feel like a Turbo will make any difference, which mean you will snipe pretty much all kinds of cupolas as you fight anything at HT line.
Meanwhile with the STB, you can't give up the V.Stab because you can't simply peek and fully aim, your turret will get absolutely rekted for not staying mobile unlike the UDES's turret which allows you to pretty much sit still against any kind of tanks.

The conqueror looks like a tier V Heavy (very fat hull & small turret) I know size has nothing to do with tier but it just looks like a tier V to me lol
These games just prove why I have stepped away from high tier battles for a bit.
WG doesn’t grate about how bad the mm is. And it’s just felt like RNG the past couple days or weeks has been atrocious.

QB I don’t know if you can control the ads on your videos but a boosting service called team raptor have been advertising before your videos.
Udes has a better grind than STB, Leo has a great gun, t8 is decent at ridge lines and udes 16 has unpennable turret if played correctly but still gets shot a lot, so it feels good.
Uddes 16 I believe, actually has a better turret than the tier 10. I rarely got penned in my udes 16, If you play it correctly, and it doesn't burn as much as the tier 10 does. The tier 10 feels a bit weak on hulldown, I get penned a lot because of the more pronounced commander hatches, and also, it burns on the second shot in the lower plate, which Is ridiculous
Yes, we make a decent wage here in Norway but we also pay out the nose for everything.
Actually about amx, they didnt buff the speed at the beggining (on amx m4 54)
Stock is way to painful for me in these times, I will keep mine parked till fully decked out😖
drowned tanks still have hitpoints, so it makes sense you can hurt yourself ramming them. Whenever someone intentionally drowns I still shoot them to give them a repair cost.

Those battles just showed me again why I am recently not playing any high tiers anymore, games are just so unbalanced. Either it is rush the enemy or be the one getting rushed. Both cases are not really fun. The game is now over 10 years old, which means there is normally gonna be a huge difference in skill and experience. And unless both teams are similar in experience/skill, games gonna be very short and very one-sided. I really can't understand WG why they don't change the mm so that it considers skill, or experience at the very least. Why do people with sub-1k battles have to compete against players with like 80k battles? With this enormous difference in the team, you can't really change the outcome of the battle, no matter how good you are. And this is what annoys me currently the most, is that games are basically decided right from the start. And this is not why I play this game. I play this game so that I can determine/influence the outcome of a battle due to my skill. Otherwise what's the point of playing when the game is already decided before it has even started?
I share the same thoughts mate. It's not skill anymore. It's MM and RNG.
I have never felt battles were much longer or different before, playing since 2011. (OK, before the MM changes and changes to tank design, battles ended in drwas more often than victories or defeats as everyone was camping :D)
Only thing that changes are players, and therefore maybe it happens more often that one side can claim victory.

i get low rolled all the time in my caliban i still have to hit a gold round for average damage they are all around 550 instead of the 600 advertised damage

I still feel like the CS-63 only has such a good win rate because people don't realy understand the turret has no armor. It looks soviet, it looks hard and well rounded, it just... isn't. It may not look like it, but the turret is not that much better than a Leos...
It is a good tank, don't get me wrong. Having a medium tank that can get into positions early is amazing, but the amount of times where people tried to snipe my cupola or waited for me to expose the hull while they could simply go right through the turret is way too high... It's only ~130mm ffs >.

I think that Russians should get a new consumable - increased vodka rations. It would add 20% to all crew skills, but add a random chance for the driver to go left instead of right, or forwards instead of backwards, it would increase the chance for your shell to totally miss the aiming reticle and it would add a chance to misidentify enemy tanks as allied, to load a wrong ammo type, and would add a chance to mistakenly send a message to the enemy team...

Tech tree grinding really sucks with every new fantasy tank released, this and absurd light tanks with 240 pen guns and 1600 hit points! Make it suck even more than it did before , try the AT15 or Conqueror or T-34-2 for real pain and frustration!
I'll say it again WG didnt "BUFF" amx m4 54 top speed they just purely "Nerf" it form 40>35 so now the only thing that get buff is it gun.

1st game wasn't unlucky. You not going in the city meant your team was weaker there and your lack of presence allowed for enemy to break through. The flanking move was a bad idea
Sure you get to the position first but your team is just gonna sit in the back and wait to lose 7/10 times unless you win the fight single handedly.
I'm glad you didn't pick your best games with those tanks so thumbs up.

Kinda sad that the Obj. 140 didn't make it into this video. This tank is such a perfect allrounder of mobility, camo, armor and hull-down capability. And don't forget its mad rate of fire, this thing shreds. Also didn't understand why you rated this tank rather low on your tier X tier list. This tank is just so consistent and does well in almost any situation.
Obj. 140 is a good tank overall, but there is just simply tanks that can do same things better + have more special characteristics. For example STB-1, UDES, E50M, Patton, CS-63.
Only thing that is great on Obj 140, it is balanced tank...
Honesty I hate the CS, the leo IMO is just a better and more fun tank, sure the cs is a little bit faster, and has a little bit of armor, but the gun on the leopard is just WAYYY better. Plus the armor on the cs hardly ever actually bounced things anyways.
Why don't you spend some of your 483,000+ free XP on getting important things like the best gun for the Conqueror if the stock gun is so bad?

You have to grind tier Xs, because with tier Xs you earn bonds while playing them. However the amount of bonds you can grind with a particular tier X per week is limited, so you need multiple tier X tanks if you want to grind a lot.

Try the cs-53, that shit was real pain.
I had blueprints all the way up to the Tier 7 and I just free XPd to the TNH 105/1000. The Tier 8 and 9 are great, I had no issues at all going up that line

Tier 7 was not so fun, the awful tank traverse and accuracy was killing me (not really)
The rest are good, except for stock grind on TNH T. VZ 51
The one that made me lose half my brain cells is the tier 8 , the other ones once fully upgraded were pretty manageable
