if i am playing on high end device, i turn the graphic settings all the way to maximum because it is so realistic + custom graphic style which there i enable HDR

i wouldnt keep always sprint on just for the times you may want to sneak and walk around a bit, and id also suggest using whatever sensitivity you feel good with as long as you can comfortably turn 360°

If you are a good enough player, play with aim assist disabled and you will enjoy it... Playing with harder conditions and bad weapons motivates me to play the game and gets me into it
Just a tip. With auto loot off, it’s faster to loot than auto loot plus you can choose what you want to pick up. Although, manual looting requires finger discipline as most players who switch from auto loot to manual loot have troubles like pressing the wrong gun and stuff.

I run speed acceleration, helps for both sniping and close engagements. Fixed sucks honestly😅

You can't change that. It's part of the game. They don't want you "head glitching" so they stop the gun from firing when your toonclose to an object.
