If you have a problem with leaks 1 get the Costco brand flex bags, they are great and 2 just leave 4/5 bags in the bottom. If you do have a leak you only lose a few bags and still get the benefit 😊
This was fun, as always. I had the same thought about the space the trash bag thing takes up. I need that space for trash!! Also, I could just drop my BOX of trash bags in there. I have the old version of the windshield cleaner and it doesn’t have the sprayer function but I love it. I guess it’s good for cleaning the windshield, BUT…… I use it to wipe the windshield when it’s foggy and I don’t have time to wait for the defrost to unfog it. Game changer for those of us that are always running late lol!!!

Even if you don't use the sprayer these things Are Great for reaching the hard to reach corners of your windshield! The micro fabric is Fantastic for cleaning windows! You can use vinegar water or even just plain water and you will love how it cleans car windows! Awesome!

Jysk in Canada has a similar windshield cleaner thing without the spray for about $1.50. It works great in the car and I just spray window cleaner from the bottle. It works great for short arms on long dashboards.
I gave up on electric can openers a few years back. They always seem to get wonky after a while and I end up spending more time trying to get them to revolve all the way around the can than it would take to use a manual opener. The bonus was freed up counter space.

Me and my husband cleaned doctors offices and we just left clean bags in the bottom of can under bag being used so that we were ready with a new bag every time we took out the trash.
I've got the safety can opener I think they have it at Ollie's for $10 and I love it it's also great because you can put the lid back on the can and store the remainder in the fridge if you need to very simple to use and doesn't wear out your hands

We leave a roll of trash bags in the bottom of our trash can in the kitchen. Take the entire roll out of the box first, though. No need for a container to put it in. That trash bag "dispenser" is not needed at all. Love ya Viv! ❤

I bought a cheap DG brand retractable swiffer, microfiber cloths and a bottle of windex. I keep them in my truck and do the windshield with that. I am short and can barely reach the dash so the inside if my windshield used to be a mess. No more.
I’ve had the original windshield cleaner thing for YEARS love it. Mine has separate spray bottle too and works great with just water. Mine said to spray the micro cloth not the window.

The slant on some windshields are nearly impossible to access. Also, consider there are arthritic people, elderly people, people with short arms and little people who drive cars with dirty windshields that need cleaning! All would benefit from the extra reach of the simplest version of this helpful gadget. And then there are just people like me who appreciate a great gadget that really works and has made my life easier for over a decade.
Clean water and a microfiber cloth is enough to clean windows. Windex streaks like no other. It's the microfiber that cleans enough and it's delicate enough that you can't even wash it with fabric softener. Water is *all it needs* honestly! We clean windows with nothing else but water and microfiber. No streaks. E v e r!

I have that window cleaner BUT mine came with a bottle that u fill with water to mist your windshield, and the wand doesn't get filled. Mine works great! Instead of blue micro cloth, mine is 💚 green!

A few years ago my mom sliced her finger pretty badly on a sharp can requiring several stitches. Everyone got safety can openers for Christmas and I won’t go back to the other style. My only complaint has been that it’s hard to find an electric opener that cuts the side instead of the top. I’ll normally pinch my pennies pretty hard, but I’d pay $20 for that can opener!
Morning Viv! I think that garbage bag thing is an excellent idea...if it worked right lol! I do have some vanity/smaller type bags that'd work with that, and I think I've have big lawn/heavy duty bags that would work, but yes most kitchen rolls are side to side connected. Plus you could make your own just by getting a dollar tree basket and cutting a hole in the bottom like a tissue box and bingo...you made your own bag holder :) And I just bought one of those window cleaner gadgets at Temu for maybe $5, but it doesn't come with the sprayer. I love those things, my windshields get so dirty lol.
For the fact that the little window washer only holds 2 ounces, you already know it’s TSA Approved because it’s under 3 ounces so you can take it in your carry on, because you know you don’t have enough in there already, and you can use it to wash the touch screen on the back of the seat 💺 in front of you before you touch it! Haha! 😂
For the windshield wizard you can also add 2 parts rubbing alcohol and one part water as a de-icer for places in the world where it's very cold in the morning.
That can opener thingy reminds me of the old house I lived in growing up. We had one of those built into a kitchen cabinet (obviously better quality than ASOTV product) Wish houses still came with them because to be honest, I hate using can openers. Lol
