- Hello! Welcome back to Dogs of the Wind.
Our final stay in our new years Kruger Park trip is Tsendze Rustic camp, a bucket list camp which has been on our radar for a year or so.
We also have a quick breakdown and review of Shipandani and Sable overnight hides, we clearly have a favourite!
We end off on a montage of the choice stills from the trip.
We hope you enjoyed our trip from Punda Maria to Shingwedzi to Tsendze!

Thank you for watching our videos!
Awesome video and a fantastic ending to the enjoyable Kruger Park series! Keep them coming!
Thanks! Next time it’s going to be the Pilansberg.
Love, love your work, especially the many birds and that you name them
Thank you for the lovely comment! Glad youre enjoying our work!
Your bird at 3:24 is a Wood Sand, 5:15 is a Tawny-flanked Prinia wonderful video I'm very jealous of the birds you saw, well done and keep them coming.
Again thank you so much! We still struggle a bit with the LBJ's and some of the sandpipers!
@@dogsofthewind You are doing very well, keep at it. I'm jealous of a lot of your bird sightings.
@@shaunferguson8782 Thanks for the words of encouragement !
I thoroughly enjoyed the video and the narration.
Are either of you ornithologists? What are your vocations?
We’re humbled that you’ve liked our videos, we’re both teachers by vocation. Kelvin is a high school chemistry and physics teacher and Lindsay is a primary school drama and art teacher.
Just amateur hobbyist ornithologists ☺️
Hi! Thanks for the good info on the video. Have you ever done one of the three night Trail Camps? They look like a good experience although a but rustic. Thoughts?
We don’t mind a rustic experience! We would love to do one, but we haven’t yet. It’s definitely something for the bucket list.
Did you know that the reason there are no monkeys at Tsendze and Mooiplaas is because they are scared of the poisonous scorpions?
That’s fascinating! I am glad we didn’t encounter any scorpions. Thanks for the interesting info.
Wow, what type of scorpions? I have camped there before and went hunting for them with my ultra violet light, but did not see any.
