The fish are so interesting to watch, and the switching between different tanks makes it engaging enough to watch for hours. I’m struggling a lot right now, after I finished college I didn’t have the motivation to do anything. But I recently started going out more, and took one of my friends to a local sea life centre. It really brought back my love for aquatic animals a lot, and it brought me so much peace and cleared my head from any negative and depressing thoughts. Watching the fish swim through the water, and the music soothes me, it really keeps me at peace.

I have a brain disease that effects my Nervous system. It’s painful and really Hard to manage with medication. The audio helps my auditory system ground itself making the rest of me feel more steady. Kinda like the opposite of vertigo. The visuals refocus my brain off the negatives swarming around grounding me even more. When the cage you live in doesn’t work Anymore and the brain you have lies to you about reality you find new ways of not feeling so isolated and alone. This video reminds me of my child hood. We had a huge aquarium in our living room. Thanks so much for coming with me on my healing journey!
