I have agoraphobia so leaving my house gives me a lot of anxiety. But also so many things give me anxiety. I still try and leave the house and I make sure my kids have outside time and I push myself to go on a walk with them. Also I hate flying but I still have made myself and glad I did a few years ago. Love you both!!!
Doctor...I am/was a medical assistant in the oncology department for years...and saw how much good we did. I ALSO...have HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE 😭 doctor's that did me and many others so wrong.
I’m new to being in a wheelchair so everyday I open my eyes brings me anxiety. I have to learn to live this way, but videos like yours help. Thank you ❤️
@Beth B thank you. I LOVED my PT and Occupational Therapist in rehab. You guys help us get ready for the challenges we’re going to have to face in our new reality. You might be retired, but I’m sure you’re old patients still think of you often.
I have lived with severe anxiety and traveling alone was a huge mountain to me. Last week I successfully completed a week long work trip all alone. I just kept repeating to myself that it’s excitement not anxiety and that it’s all going to go amazing and be a great experience.
Ok, so Aimee is basically my spirit animal - loves sleep and food; can’t walk fast and hates exercise; takes a blueberry muffin to the beach; not keen on the water especially sailing; loves animals and her man; smiles despite the crippling anxiety. I am so here for it, supporting from a distance ♥️. On a different note: Oh God! the air suspension went on our Fiat Ducato bus and we had to get recovered off a campsite with everyone watching - haha, drive of shame in RAC van. Yes blinkin air systems are not cheap!! Really invested in you two guys and willing the best for your adventures 😘
Way to go Aimee. I really appreciate how you are so transparent about your anxiety. I also love how you authenticity show conquering those travel fears. It helps me to face my own. You are an ABSOLUTE LEGEND. Happy Birthday.
Craig you're such a gem to entertain us while Aimee recovered on her birthday cruise. My good ol' van is a 2001 and still purrs with 110k miles on her. I put a new transmission in her right before covid that only has 3k miles on it, and she shows no signs of slowin down. A few creeks and rattles speak to her 22 years of age, but she's a classic beauty. I bought her in 2017 from the original owner and named her Blackstar, after David Bowie's final album. He is one of my heroes and she is a beautiful black custom van with gold pinstripes down her sides like the tails of a shooting star. She's in the elderly league along with Custard, having her moments and issues here and there, but built like nothing else seen today in a simpler time.
Well done Aimee 🎉great work!! Two things I've done in the past 3 years that caused huge anxiety but I did it anyway: moved away from my entire extended family and friends in the town I'd always lived in to a remote outer isle in Orkney, two days travel from that town! (Watching Kinging-It during that time helped me know that feeling anxiety doesn't need to stop you from doing amazing things) and the other thing was, after a lifetime with a fear of dogs, getting a dog!! We got her to help my autistic kid, but now I know the purity of a dog loving you, it's actually the best, and she's taught me I don't need to be afraid, even of other dogs 😊 and she says her thing that causes her anxiety is getting brushed, which she does like a champion every day, and one stroke of the brush = one dog biscuit so she wins in the end 😂
Happy Birthday….We’re so proud of you Aimee! I had a snake in my vegetable garden last week and I’m terrified of them. I had someone come and put stuff around my yard to deter them. I got up enough nerve in about 5 days to go back out there, because I absolutely LOVE gardening and I didn’t want my food to die and I didn’t want to live in fear! I’m still having anxiety, but I’m out there and it will get better as the days go on!! Thanks for sharing! We can’t wait to see what’s next!!!
Things I love about your vlogs: 1 - when you are travelling and you put up a graphic of a map w/the route. I will iterally open another tab and look at the map and see what's around you. Weird? Yes. 2- Random raspberries during transitions I don't know why but I just piss myself laughing. 3- The support you give each other during times of stress. I am envious.. truly. To be cherished and supported is a blessing for sure. 4- Gary from Barry. Aimee "I don't know what to do with this." Craig "Chuck it in ya gob." PISSING MYSELF hahahah!!!
Yay Aimee!!! Bless your heart!! That was tough and we could see what you were going through...I just wanted to hug you!! Be proud though!!! You did it and survived!!! Sending Custard all the best!!!! xo
Aimee, you’re so relatable and I think of you to bolster my courage often. Craig must have his worries too, but he makes it look effortless, and I’m glad you have each other for laughs and support. I love this channel so much.
I feel your pain, Aimee. I love traveling, but I tend to be an anxious person and certain travel situations really trigger my anxiety. I think it's because many travel situations come with a loss of control and an inability to remove oneself from the situation. I get painfully claustrophobic. I have had panic attacks on planes and have learned that distraction, particularly crossword puzzles, help calm down my racing thoughts. I power through my travel anxieties but it's scary and challenging. I'm sorry that you, too, have similar struggles, but I truly appreciate you acknowledging it on your channel. It really makes me feel less alone and pushes me to keep traveling despite dealing with anxiety. :)
Dearest Aimee, I know the whole ferry trip is over, but for future--and I'm sure you already know the first one: I have two offerings for those anxious times. Two little mantras: "Just because I think it, doesn't make it true". And the one I like the best is for flying: "The plane goes up, it flies along and comes down safely." You just say that over and over, shout it out (in your head) to block out those scary intrusive thoughts. You have to catch the very beginning of that yucky thought and start the mantra. It takes work because you have to work at it. I actually overcame my fear of flying with it. And once sat next to a woman who happened to be very scared of flying. Lucky her, I was next to her. Your adventures always bring a smile to me! Anyway, sending love and good thoughts.
Ahhh man! Someday we will catch you live! We missed you the last time. My 81 year old friend and I laughed out loud throughout the entire video. You all bring so much joy to us. ❤❤❤❤ ❤Pure fun and real life. Brava beautiful Aimee, such a champ!
It makes sense you feel anxiety and excitement together because I’ve heard the way your brain processes both is almost identical, so sometimes I try to pretend the anxious feeling is really just an excited feeling and it sometimes works a bit. ❤️
Selling everything to move onto the skoolie sent my anxiety through the roof. Someone asked me the other day how i am so happy. I said I struggle with anxiety a lot but i dont let it stop me know making changes. I think a lot of people are so afraid that they become "comfortably miserable." Dont get used to being miserable. 💜
Amy I am so damned impressed with the courage you showed in this episode. It was plainly clear you would have preferred to be just about anywhere else, yet you found the strength to get it done.❤❤❤
I know it must be difficult sharing the anxiety stuff online as well, but please know that it is so good to see both sides of traveling. I can only speak for myself, but that feeling Aimee was describing of you wanting to do something new but your body being like NOPE WE'LL DIE sounded so familiar to me. I've just spent three months traveling and sometimes I felt like I was the only person who struggles with this. Obviously I would love for Aimee to just have a blast and enjoy anxiety-free adventures, but seeing this made me feel so much less alone in that struggle. Also rest of the video just made me smile constantly. U guys are the best.
Visiting new places with no plans gives me anxiety and panic attacks. I’ve learned to take deep breaths and count to 10 or more to calm myself down. I’ve also pushed myself out of my comfort zone by experiencing more places with no itinerary and just going with the flow. Which has helped decrease the amount of anxiety I experience. As of now I have been to 10 countries and will continue to go to more! It’s all about believing in yourself.
Excellent job on the ship Aimee! I have a fear of heights, I climbed a rock wall, was paralyzed with fear and uncontrollable shaking at the top, but pulled myself together enough to get down, then I cried and threw up 😅 Happy Birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉
I get exactly the same type of travel anxiety that Amy gets. I know how horrible it is, but if I really want to go somewhere I know I just have to push through it. It does suck, though. Lots of hugs xxx
I always want to reach through the screen and hug Amy when she’s having a hard time ❤ love you guys and your spirits sending love light and good vibes 💜
Hey guys! I'm a 50 something dad of 3 young women and my boy who is becoming a great man. I've always been a dad that always imagines the worst case. But, honestly hearing you say "think of it going right", that sure made made me feel good. Thanks lads!!! I'll be tuning in.
Thanks for being a good dad...I didn't have one neither did my children 😢...I just think we need to give you...a atta boy, thank you... girls need their Dad! Happy father's day🎉
Wow, I so appreciate you for being there for your girls and boy. Now there's a great father. I know it's not easy but it's paying off you just being there for them, God bless you sir. ✝️
Proud of you Aimes! I know that feeling, just absolute dread where your fear is overwhelming even though you logically know odds are everything will be fine.Going through with it and overcoming that fear is SO hard but SO worth it! You definitely ruled your own world this week!! Much love from France!
Rule your own world! Keep King'in it, Aimee. Eating ginger helps believe it or not with boat sickness and anxiety. My mom in law ate those ginger balls in syrup and if she could not get that she ate the ginger rolled in sugar. I think Aimee, Craig is right, when you know you have to do a boat trip (you managed the short ones) when you get on the big one do not think of how long you will be on it, rather think of what movies are they playing, what things can I do with Craig on the boat. Do small steps at a time in thinking like that, often it can be mind over matter. You did very well and I am proud of you. Have a safe trip in Germany to the Netherlands. Have a great time. Glad Custard could get repaired that is one big thing taken care of.
Loved Craig’s GRWM segment! 😃 A few years back I moved to a new and very unfamiliar place, I was so anxious about it but ended up being so proud of myself when I finally got used to it and learned all the new places.
Proud of you Aimee and happy birthday. My anxiety was going to China by myself and only knew English but I did it and got lost a few times by myself. I had to do self talk to calm down to find soluutions. 😊 Like I said, I am proud of you for going on the boat despite the anxiety and issues caused by anxiety. I am happy, Craig, with the loving support that you give Aimee. You two rock. Safe travels 😊❤
Oh Amy you are a bright spot in my world today. I sat down to make a call as my sweet baby Blaze (husky mix who I've had since she was a tiny baby) is at the Animal ER after a dog attack by three dogs and after two operations not doing well! I'm at 5K in costs and more each minute it seems. Fingers crossed go fund me works for me and Blaze. Otherwise, it might be nic nic quarter dime, lol. If you get what I'm saying NOT, lol So, I needed a smile and a laugh, and you did that for me today! It was so needed! You are STRONG, BRAVE and AMAZING remember that next time you have to do something out of your comfort zone!
Narrowboaters here 👋🏻 come for a cheeky cruise with us, you’d love it! Welcome anytime ☺️ Wes suffers with anxiety too, so he knows how it feels Amiee ❤ but narrowboats are nice, promise!
Awesome adventure lads... You're certainly ruling your world! Craig, your 'hand' made birthday sandwich was definitely the highlight, well done sir... 😂😂😂 Thanks for always taking us along to enjoy your life adventures 😎🙏❤️
I just binged watch dozens of your videos, and I feel so much better. I was having a bit of deep depression and anxiety and you guys are always the cure. Needed a bit of a huge dose today, thanks so much for all your hard work and beautiful videos, honestly you both literally help so many beings on this planet, love you both so much. :)
Oh, I remembered!! It was the saying: if you can't get out of it, get into it. Always helps me when I have to do things that I don't want to do, or that are anxiety causing.
AIMEE! Con te partiro! You said "Paul Potts" and I recognized that he sang that on BGT once. That song is so beautiful, I tried translating it - having never studied Italian, oc. It's either really sad, or really romantic. I pick the second. I think it means "I will leave WITH you," NOT "I WILL leave you." Bocelli's song is insane! Loved hearing you mention it, as it is in my top two favorites (Pavarotti's Nessun Dorma or Ava Maria is the other.) After that: THE RAMONES! 🔥 Love ya! 💖
Happy belated Birthday Aimee! You did it! I knew you could! I went overnight to Las Vegas by myself. My family joined me 28 hours later. I had to talk myself in to going out because I was the one who wanted the recharge to my batteries so to speak. I had a great day & evening. I find the same situations play out similarly. You have now done the overnight on a boat and even though you missed the flight and had an unexpected overnight, you still flew by yourself. Remember to count those victories! Also remember we all have fears and so you aren’t alone. I do a lot of self talk to try and get past it. Whatever you are doing seems like it is working because you are accomplishing these goals. Sending you love from the states! ❤️
Bless you, Aimee. Deep breath. Just thinking about a cruise on a rough sea makes my heart start beating faster. I’m sorry you had to sleep through your birthday but I totally understand why you needed to. You saved lots of traveling time by braving that 18 hour journey. You are truly Kinging It!
Aimee, i adore your curly hair. Lots of the hairdos are great but you look absolutely super in long curly locks!!! And in pink or lavender jackets, country rompers, crocs, colored high top sneakers... in total, all your outfits are clever and unique.
Hopefully you’ve discovered after all the unnecessary worry and stress you put yourself through only to find that you safely arrived to your destination you will focus on a more positive way to approach and deal with this kind of stress - my first flight on a plane in 1978 was my challenge and many times when I flew I’d feel the uncertainty of it all and to make it worse there were sometimes fatal crashes happen weeks prior to my flights - I learned to accept life as it comes and to expect and prepare mentally for the best possible safe outcome- it works every time
I'm so proud of you Aimee ❤ As a fellow Anxiety Musketeer I felt your pain...the fear is always worse than the reality. P.s I'm loving the 123 bye is making a come back 🫶🏻
Loved it as always. Happy birthday Aimee, proud of you for making that crossing. Was a bit of a sting the price to get your air suspension running right, but now Craig is a successful gambler, like a Mississippi paddle boat veteran you'll win it back in no time eh.
I get anxiety when I see an elevator I do not get on them at all. I we’ll walk 10 flights of stairs. My heart goes out to you and I understand completely.❤❤❤
Aww happy birthday, Aimee! You’ve got the best fiancé. He really looks after you. No sponsor this week? I missed your always hilarious commercial 😂! Safe travels wherever you are! 🌴💛🤗
I'm a digital nomad with airport anxiety! LOL. Not flying, but missing my flight, customs issues, overweight bags....dumb stuff like that. Nicely done with the ferry! You killed it.
I am so happy for you Aims! Love the videos! I went to a crowded concert and large groups are so anxiety provoking. Happy to see you absolutely crush those bad vibes and enjoy your time! 💗 stay safe you two!
AMY anxiety has a mind of its own. AT 67 it has been a life long experience. There is no rhyme or reason. I did find a tea that helps. It's Vita Cup de-stress tea pods. Hope you get help.❤
Mine is boats , going somewhere new where I don’t know anyone, last week I went to vanlife festival, met new people and let myself have fun , it was so worth it , and at Xmas I went on a ship(with pills from doctors) from Portsmouth to Santander, travelled to Benidorm in our Motorhome, it’s been worth pushing myself, x 😊
I’m quite fascinated with Sweet Trev’s interchangeable wardrobe!! It’s fascinating and it’s a mystery how she pulls it off!!?? Oh and you guys crack me up and take me to places other than Maine!!!!😂😊❤❤
Wow girl....your anxiety transforms your entire personality!! I can understand.....I look like that when I have to fly internationally. But you DID IT!!! And you didn't die!!! See that!! Common next challenge!!
You should try sea bands…they are acupressure bands that go on your wrists. I lasted 14 days on a trip to Hawaii from NY in terrible weather. Everyone was sick, but me! And I get sea sick regularly. I hope you see this comment and try them. They also help with anxiety. ❤❤❤❤
Omg. You guys have gone to another level since your engagement🤠. I think the endorphins are ratcheting up your zingers. I’m just dying laughing through this whole thing
Aimee as someone who is also very adventurous and has anxiety I super appreciate how real, raw and honest you are with showing when your anxiety flares up! I love how you do awesome and hard things all in the same breath! Truly inspiring! Love y’all! RYOW!!
AHhhh Aimee you legend. Its easy to Rule your own world when everything is feeling good...but to do it scared IS INSPIRATIONAL!!!!!!! Fab video as ever .xx
Congratulations Aimee you made it you should be made up with yourself tackling your fears head on. I hope you do take Custard on another Road Trip but will enjoy watching whatever you decide. Can wait for the next Big Man list with Garry From Barry. See you next week xx
What's one thing that has caused you anxiety, but you've done it anyway? 😬

Watching the birth of my kids…it was worth going through the anxiety for that moment
“The rest of my body stinks, but my face smells like a fresh meadow.” 🤣🤣🤣 Loved this scene! Thanks! Love from Thailand
I’m new to being in a wheelchair so everyday I open my eyes brings me anxiety. I have to learn to live this way, but videos like yours help. Thank you ❤️
Keep being brave x
Sending you strength to approach each day with more ease❤...(I'm a retired Occupational Therapist)

Narrowboaters here 👋🏻 come for a cheeky cruise with us, you’d love it! Welcome anytime ☺️
Wes suffers with anxiety too, so he knows how it feels Amiee ❤ but narrowboats are nice, promise!
Happy birthday Aimee🎈🎂🎈
You guys can make fun out of anything, thanks for taking us along.♥️
Awesome adventure lads... You're certainly ruling your world! Craig, your 'hand' made birthday sandwich was definitely the highlight, well done sir... 😂😂😂 Thanks for always taking us along to enjoy your life adventures 😎🙏❤️
Aims, you did SO great. Your body went into survival mode and you handled it! You are amazing!
You got this Amy. You are conquering your fears of boats. You did amazing.
Happy birthday Aimee, you did it🎉
Bless you, Aimee. Deep breath. Just thinking about a cruise on a rough sea makes my heart start beating faster. I’m sorry you had to sleep through your birthday but I totally understand why you needed to. You saved lots of traveling time by braving that 18 hour journey. You are truly Kinging It!
You did great, Aimee!!! I sympathize with you. I have gone though periods of debilitating anxiety. Sending you strength ❣️
Highlight of my day!
Taking a break from studying, excited to watch this adventure
Love from Ireland 🇮🇪
To help with Custard's new "support hose" !!! 🧦👵🏻😉
Oh my goodness Jaja!! You didn’t have to - thank you SO much 🥹♥️
You two are so much fun to watch. Thanks for sharing your journey and all the smiles.
The adventures never stop, do they! Congrats Aimee on a good ferry journey, anxiety is no fun to say the least! Happy Birthday!
Aimee, i adore your curly hair. Lots of the hairdos are great but you look absolutely super in long curly locks!!! And in pink or lavender jackets, country rompers, crocs, colored high top sneakers... in total, all your outfits are clever and unique.
Hopefully you’ve discovered after all the unnecessary worry and stress you put yourself through only to find that you safely arrived to your destination you will focus on a more positive way to approach and deal with this kind of stress - my first flight on a plane in 1978 was my challenge and many times when I flew I’d feel the uncertainty of it all and to make it worse there were sometimes fatal crashes happen weeks prior to my flights - I learned to accept life as it comes and to expect and prepare mentally for the best possible safe outcome- it works every time
Love 💗 everything you do but most of all … love how brave Amy is and how supportive Craig is. Marry that boy!
Water from the back of the coffee machine. Lol😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It was nice to see Norway Thank you.
You mentioned Tripped 👏🏻👏🏻 Tim and Fin have not posted a video in over 6 months. I hope they are ok
I JUST LOVE YOU GUYS! Found you about a year ago from Eamon and Bec and I just love your content! Humor, editing!!! Love it all!!!🎉🎉
I am so happy for you Aims! Love the videos! I went to a crowded concert and large groups are so anxiety provoking. Happy to see you absolutely crush those bad vibes and enjoy your time! 💗 stay safe you two!
Craig and Aimee, you put a smile on my face every time I watch your videos. Thank you!
Proud of you Aimee!!❤❤❤
Love watching you rule your own world and face your anxieties ❤
You are a legend Aimee. You’re both so inspiring. Love you both. Hugs from Australia
Yeah, the light lasting so long in the north is crazy! We just got back from northern Canada and it stays light until about 11:00pm!
Wow girl....your anxiety transforms your entire personality!! I can understand.....I look like that when I have to fly internationally. But you DID IT!!! And you didn't die!!! See that!! Common next challenge!!
I haven’t left my house in a year and a half but last week I check myself into a mental hospital. It’s been terrifying but good for me
Thank you Aimee for showing that even though something scares you or brings on immense anxiety it doesn't need to stop you from living your life. ♥
Happy Sunday
Love the caption, Aimee is facing her face of going on a boat 🚢
You did great Aimee! Glad you didnt need a tow after all. Safe travels
Happy Birthday Aimee. Sorry that you have anxiety attacks 😔. So glad you made it to Germany.
First, Congratulations on your engagement; second love how funny you guys are.
Glad you guys enjoyed Bergen! Glad to see you spend some time here!
You guys are hilarious. Great video! ❤
Aimee as someone who is also very adventurous and has anxiety I super appreciate how real, raw and honest you are with showing when your anxiety flares up! I love how you do awesome and hard things all in the same breath! Truly inspiring! Love y’all! RYOW!!
