What if sir, may mga satisfied and not satisfied dun sa mga method na ginamit for a particular problem? iconconsider parin po ba yung payback ( payout ) period return? Thank you sirr!!

Kuya Engr! Nagtataka kase ako. Hahaha. What if pag zero sagot sa net cash flow for payback? Same kase yung annual revenue tsaka naging annual cost ko kaya nag-zero po.

ibig sabihin nun break-even kalang, meaning wala kang kikitain sa business na un. kaya di pwede gamitin payback method, kasi di ka nga kikita, hindi rin babalik puhunan mo.

Use present formula for present method, use future formula for future method. 🙂
