Apko nahi lagta ye sawal to Shaitan ne bhi ALLAH Almighty ☝️ se nahi kiya ke main agar sajdah Adam (A.S) ko nahi karta hu to ye mera zati masla hai (individual) isme kisi aur ka koi nuqsan to nahi !!! Iblees ko sejday se inker per saza nahi mili thi. Iblees ne mazeed gustakhi ker di thi Allah k shan mein or dawa kia k wo insaano ko ghumrah ker k Allah se bedla le ga. It is on this reason Iblees has earned hell !
In other words, your question is misplaced. And, Sahil is also incorrect or has not clearly answered the question. In Quran, we do not find any punishment for leaving Salat !

Dekhiye Namaz chhodne me Gunah isliye hai kyunki Namaz Allah ko mustaqil yaad karne ka raasta hai jo Insaan par farz kiya hai usne

With due respect to Sahil, however, I think he is not correct on this one. No where in Quran is it mentioned that there will be punishment for a missed/left Salat. Quran has set punishment for one and only one act - *Zulm* .
Salat certainly is a personal matter, Allah has given it to us so that we may be guided. It is a *help* . If someone does not take this help, he may not succeed but he will not be punished for it, as per Quran.
“In Gardens (Paradise) they will ask one another, About Al‑Mujrimoon (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers) (and they will say to them): ‘What has caused you to enter Hell?’ They will say: ‘We were not of those who used to offer the Salah (prayers)’” (Al-Muddaththir 74:38-43)
مَا سَلَـكَكُمۡ فِىۡ سَقَرَ
(74:42) “What drove you to Hell?”
قَالُوۡا لَمۡ نَكُ مِنَ الۡمُصَلِّيۡنَۙ
(74:43) They will answer: “We were not among those who observed Prayer,33
33. That is, we were not of those who after having believed in Allah and His Messenger and His Book, performed the foremost duty imposed by Allah, i.e. the Prayer. Here, it should be understood well that unless a person has believed he cannot offer the Prayer at all. Therefore, one’s being of those who performed the Prayer, by itself implies that one is a believer. But by attributing one’s going to Hell to his not being of those who performed their Prayer, it has been made explicit that one cannot escape Hell even after having believed if he does not perform his Prayers regularly.
Whenever we are not obeying Allah we are committing Zulm.
Mere bahi....... Yahe problem hai bahi hun quran ko achi terha se Jan he nahe paye..... Gour o fikr kerne ki zarurat hai.... Quran main perde ka hum nahe namaz ki punishment nahe.... Wah re musalman..... Allah ke rasool ne jo bataya wo b kuch hai..... Donon ko milake sochna pedta hai.... Aur direct punishment na sahe.... But be namazi ko kafir se mushabahat di hai.... Aur quran main kafir ki saza to hai na..... Samjho mere bahi.... Quran ko beakli se pedne ka yahe natija hai.... Baki allahu alam....
