I was sexually abused by my father. Been holding on to this but tonight i felt like this huge weight just came out of my shoulder... i cried a lot listenning to that series of forgiveness..but as you said revenge is for my God ... i am not the judge God is and he will take care of it. This is something I struggle with so difficult to forgive my biggest prayer would be to somehow heal the anger and bitterness like a rage inside I know God is our vindicator vengeance is his ….. (after my selected video had stopped)
Sure am glad it did, since then I’ve listened to just about all the sermons.. every morning I like to go to this channel select one that grabs my attention and just let my TH-cam randomly choose which one to play next as I work throughout my day.

What about when we've truly hurt ourselves?? Difficult to forgive

I’m searching for how to forgive myself because I’ve now got poly arthritis and I think it’s connected to my lack of self forgiveness. Arthritis is the body attacking itself so it’s a bit like self flagellation. Any advice would be appreciated. I am a Born Again Christian.
