Hi Ketan, Thanks for making such informative vlogs....I recently came across your channel and found it extremely vital for the expats willing to reside in UAE. Undoubtedly I am trying to watch all your videos asap.
Hey Ketan, Very Nice and subtle information on Salaries in Dubai. Can you respond more on notice periods, leave & holiday policies the average company follows in Dubai? Please make a reel that will reach more and please tag me. Thanks
You are right about the approx. 2.5 times salary rule. Generally, that's the case. However, it is to be noted that this may be applicable for India to Dubai and may be different for others specially, those moving from Europe or US. The salary you get may depend on the wage standards in your home country which are far higher in Europe and US as the currencies are stronger too. One more factor is the job itself and the company offering that job. Better the position and better the company, better the pay. All the best!
Gone thru your video.Nice attempt ...Regarding the salary moderation across countries ..concept of PPP (Price Purchase Parity) is used ..you may check salary purchase parity as a concept...quite common when MNCs deploy their personal across countries .. hope it helps
Insightful video bhai... jsut liked and subscribed.... I want to move to dubai I am from finance background is there special skill set required to get a job in Dubai?
Do freshers with internship experience get jobs there for digital marketing field? I heard there is a good demand for this area now let me know since india pays low salary for this field iam planning to work in Dubai 🙂
Very informative video … Looking forward for more such videos on how to land a job in Dubai from home country … 😊 Btw did you find your dream job from your home country or after coming to Dubai ? How long did this process take for you? Please answer
Employer usually hire people with less salary. I have received emails from many employers but they were not interested as soon as they know I am earning $3000/month already in India. Not sure if companies are hiring someone with 20000 AED plus.
Well, in that case why don’t you make another video showcasing examples of people getting a job of 20000 AED or more directly from India? I was also applying 2.5 times formulae but HR said that is way over than their budget. This happened multiple times that too with big companies in UAE.
@ketanvlogsdxb Thanks bhai for replying. I just want to get a fair idea about the job market in those fields but what have I listened that Only sales and real estate jobs are in huge numbers other types are very less.
@@ketanvlogsdxb mere salection khazna data center kare ek company me hua h,i 6000 salary hi but food aur accommodation company nahi de rahi hi. Kya mai 6000 me waha par survive kar lunga esi ke bare me puchhna tha.
I’m a personal trainer with many international certifications and experience of more than 10 years now. Im planning to move to Dubai along with my wife who’s an international yoga coach. So would it be great option to work there in Dubai? And also please tell us about the medical facilities over there because I need to bring my father also along with me.
You can explore opportunities in Dubai on LinkedIn/Indeed and see what type of opportunities are available for your experience. Healthcare is good, there are several international hospitals in Dubai.

This is true. But this is also true in India or for that matter any other country. Agr skillset ka match hai to interview clear krne mai problem nahi hogi.
Mai mechanical engineer hu, visit visa pe abhi dubai aaya hu aur yaha to har koi yahi bol raha hai ki kahi bhi join kr lo 2000 se 2500 AED hi milega 2 saal tak. If this is something like above-mentioned it's not possible for a guy like me to survive where cost of living in a bed space worth 500-700 or 1000 AED.
Hi Feroz, I will not be able to answer this question without knowing all the details about you and your experience. Yaha par kaafi log hai jo 2000 AED se bhi start krte hai and 20000 AED se bhi start krte hai. Aisa zaruri nahi hai ki starting mai 2-2.5k hi mile.
@ketanvlogsdxb Ketan Ji, I've worked for 2 years as a mechanical draughtsman with autocad, solidworks, catia etc in India. Here I even spoke with the working mechanical engineer, facility engineer, they told me you have to start from 0. Join a company and you'll get 2-2.5 AED for at least 2 years then you might have a chance to earn more. Till then you have to manage with this salary, living in cheap bed-spaces like laborers like they did. (Sorry for the harsh explanation, but they told so. 😞)

What's your thought of IT jobs in UAE vs Singapore? Considering higer savings, career growth and stability ...etc?
Savings are much better here as per my experience. I’m not sure about growth and stability though
