What is YOUR Family “Size” at Mealtime?

My family has changed at different points in this company and so have our recipe choices.
Currently we are a family of 1 or 3, it is either myself or myself and my 2 kiddos.
We all intuitively eat and that often means we are eating different things.
That's where ready to eat recipes come in handy so I can prepare a handful at a time and then reheat them when I am ready to eat them.
That's how I am able to fix an easy dinner for one each night of the week!

Wow-a cooking channel I can relate to?! WHAT?!?!
At my house it’s myself, my 23 yr old, and my 9 year old. All 3 of us have different preferences as far as taste, textures, and times we want to eat. So, single serving freezer meals are quite ideal around here. ❤
