One such untoward incident in ADMK'S EPS'S spell - Pollachi Sexual assault case in January 2019. Then CM, EPS on reported by Victim through Pollachi Jayaraman, without any demand from opposite party DMK, transferred to CBI on March 12th 2019, as it was said to be, that many political functionaries of DMK'S, Congress & ADMK'S are involved. The case was drag on by DMK'S & still pending in CBI, as there is no further pursuance from DMK since DMK functionary also involved. 2) So also in the case of Sterlite, formulation, permission, Lands acquisition, inaugurated by DMK but when people's agitation arisen against this in EPS spell, joined with people against EPS governance and police shooting on their own ( Not from EPS), DMK targetted on EPS. Aruna Jagadeesan commission constituted by EPS- Report released in Stalin spell - police officers fixed for shooting order are honoured with promotion by Stalin. 3) However, the case may be, whatever party, Caste, Religion, Socio economy background may be - appropriate action initiated immediately against those, unbiased in ADMK'S spell, since, ADMK'S party functionary's influence over police well under strict control. If at all happened beyond this, appropriate action taken immediately. 4) But what happened now in this governance are, I) dare devil brutal murdering in day time among open public in presence of 20 Police men within Court premises with Gun, yet not attempted to prevent and arrest them that could be very much possible by police, ii) brutal Sexual harrasment/assault over Engineering students studying in ANNA UNIVERSITY by a person on whom so many criminal cases are registered, who is proven to continue as DMK'S functionary that too, in close contact of DMK'S head, attempting to safeguard him through Police. 5) As Such defending of just reversing comfortably (on ADMK'S )without any data or with fake data, are not at all appropriate and deserves to be condemned seriously !!!
