@thefakecave5751 u might be right. Actually, i didn't look up when it was discovered on yt, but I remember punch boosting down hills during the release of apex, and i saw people doing it on yt. I didn't play season 12, so there's no way my memory is wrong. Unless there was an update that made it more widespread and better, or people figured out how to innovate with it.

The gun meta is why the game feels bad. All the good guns rn are easy, not rewarding and unskillful. The smgs being bad is not fun. Even though they were strong they are more skillful than using assault rifles up close since assault rifles have more ammo and less recoil than smgs. And since the recoil is so little on the hemlock and nemesis, assault rifles and other long range options can’t compete with the ease of use that burst guns have. And shotguns are inherently easy to use. This game mode is fun just because for one op guns are fun to use. Wingman and r99 being how they use to be alone is fun even though the wingman is unfun to go against sometimes since it’s so strong and it’s weird that you can’t play the regular game mode outside of not Royal and ranked.
