The Inner-City Nutcracker (ICN) Project is a City of Houston Holiday tradition! The project was borne in 1986 to fulfill a need to introduce the performing arts to Houston’s diverse community.
This community focused group partnered with City Ballet of Houston & the City of Houston Parks and Recreation Department to make this a reality.
