Years later, long after Grayfruit abandoned his youtube career...
He takes a stroll late at night, cutting through an alley. Because of the darkness, he trips and cuts his hand on a shard of broken glass. "Ow, god damn!" he says, and holds his hand. He realizes, then, that it seems that he is bleeding more than what should be normal. Or what he assumes to be normal, he didn't know that much about blood and stuff. He tries to get home, but he's getting sluggish, and his vision is darkening. Suddenly, a figure appears out of the darkness. It seems to be floating, but that can't be right. "You said you didn't want blood clots, Grayfruit..." It then disappears in a flash of light. Grayfruit realizes his mistake, and can't do anything about it. He has lost too much blood to stand up, and lays down, awaiting death, simply because his blood is unable to clot. He watches the night sky, and falls away into oblivion...

i was not expecting a comment to relate to, but today I found out my cat has breast cancer, and i'll have to put her down relatively soon. the sheer energy, probably monster, like the drink, that grayfruit radiates does in fact manage to fill a void and its remarkable. my condolences to you, i'm sure your cat has had more than a wonderful life.

my family lost our 9 year old cat a few months ago from covid. it came really suddenly, and right after i took in another cat, a lot of my grief has been me thinking i caused it. it's not the same as having to put down your cat but i know how that grief feels. stay strong wherever you are. it gets better eventually ❤
an update: I am bringing her to get euthanized here in 2 and a half hours. I've done everything in my power to make sure these past few days have been as attention giving and comfortable for her as possible. I'm sure she'll be more than happy to be finally relieved of it.
another update: she's gone. i made sure the last thing that she saw was me, telling her how much i loved her, will always love her, and to never forget me. i don't feel like anything at the moment but empty, because i've lost my one and only friend, which was more like family.

21:01 actually what's happening is when dark esau splits from the birthright being obtained while he's out, the sound is the same echoing pling that plays when isaac triggers berserk effects, but pitched down. The tainted samson doom music just changes the berserk start/ticking/ending sounds and how they play to be parts of doom music, so it's playing pitched down doom music there, lol
i edited the tainted samson doom music mod to play ytpmv elf instead and when i got tainted jacob's birthright it was a nice surprise

im amazed i made it through as much of this video as i did, somehow the quality makes it so the flashing isnt as severe, but i will still never forgive the developers of Repentance for literally going out of their way to ensure tha not only every single enemy has intense red strobing flashing effects, but also literally an entire level made to have strobing lightning effects. considering binding of isaac videos were my bread and butter for a good three years, it really felt like the biggest middle finger to me and all other photosensitive people out there.
I feel as if the endgoal here isnt to beat the game, its to crash and break it as hard as possible.

I always love your Isaac videos. Out of curiosity, do you have mods that help the game break like this or are you just very good at knowing how to break games? I feel like my Isaac runs don’t nearly get as chaotic as yours.
I don't have any mods that directly make game breaking easier but I do have curses just totally removed so in theory yea there are probably some game breaks that wouldn't have happened if I had like, not been able to see the items or how much health I had or whatever. really though the main thing that I think gets me there a lot is I take my time super slow and pick every floor clean for as many resources as possible, and whenever I get something that could be potentially broken, I hold onto it until it's at max usefulness instead of just using it straight away. not like a 100% hard rule or anything but tends to be a way to get shit wacky.
For a while he did actually. He had mods that removed the caps for pickup amounts and health amounts, as well as a mod that made it harder to Breakfast. He actually had to stop using them because they made the game crash too often.

It could be several overlapping things- Ball Busting and Tamakeri (Ball kicking), but generally they're the same thing, one being more specific than the other. The high heels are common, but some say its also overlapping with a feet fetish. Considering Gimpy is an item in this game, I am not surpised that Edmund made Tainted Lost the way he is- a god damm nightmare for many people, but a weird enjoyment for some
