YES. Goat in general is an amazing format but modified format is chef's kiss. I want to do my take on the format someday but I just don't have resource or the time at the moment.
Watching these games is making me realize just how much Torrential Tribute ruins PACMAN's life. The deck's style forces you to play into it, and if it goes off, you just lose.
@@CloudMountainJuror You can definitely play around it and pick your spots to gamble on it. Sometimes you'll get burned by it, but if you keep it and mirror force in mind and play conservatively when necessary/leverage judgment correctly, and manage your flip orders, it's fine. All about sequencing.
Was a mistake, for sure. Brain wasn't working that first match. If you're talking about the first sangan attack, though, Tsuk wasn't actually known at that time. Could have thought a bit more about the potential of it coming and made a different decision. Looking back, I should have probably also attacked with Golem Sentry that turn.
@KuhbGames I'd hav protected sangan with gravity when tsuk attacked, then atk mof with sangan, if he used mirror then summon stealth bird, atk mof then flip him, unless he's lv4 and cant atk due to bind lol. U cant proceed without breaking tsuk loop, major priority
Yeah, i definitely agree. could have played that whole situation better. Not really sure what was going on up in the brain when that happened. Sometimes you just play like an idiot.
kuhb setting judgment when 3 of his backrow literally do nothing: this is ONLY for heavy kuhb when his opponent activates MST on the one backrow that does anything: 🤔 fine I guess I'll solemn lol they're basically the same card in that position. Heavy storm just sounds scarier I guess
Thanks for the games Kuhb, they were some of my favorites of 2024. We will have to do this again sometime.

Lol. That certainly was one way to say it.
Now duel SkilledBrownMagician! This series is the best Christmas gift. Modified goat format seems way better. Idk why duo was ever legal

this first game was so painful to watch xD
Cool, you could do a weekly m-goat thing
I've thought about doing this once the discord grows a bit more.
Pat is so based for bringing guardians
Hey Kuhb why can't you Solemn Judgement the Wave Motion Cannon?
@@AscendedRodent solemn judgment can only negate the actual activation of a card when it's played, not the activation of its effect.
No PACMAN vs Exodia, no like (just kidding lol)

@KuhbGames That's good to hear, it would be a shame for the deck idea to be entirely hindered by one card.
I don't get why u don't just atk the faceup mof knowing he has tsuk in hand...

@@HopUpOutDaBed lol. I usually think about how potentially bad an mst could be right after just to make sure that's a potential use for solemn, too.
