I have a suggestion. Yes, you can spend 10-20 lacs doing some interior design etc. However, I bought a 1370 sq ft DTC-SH flat in August in a resale. After buying I inspected the flat and decided to give it a premium paint job for Rs 80,000. And then, instead of doing interior design work, I went to Woodenstreet Joka and bought solid wood furniture for two bedrooms, living room, dining room, and an office (3rd bedroom) for Rs. 5.5 lacs. My flat looks absolutely fabulous. I also bought three geysers and three air conditioners and five fans to complete the flat for about another two lacs. In addition, a three door Bosch refrigerator fits the kitchen really nicely. I wish there was a way to share pictures of my flat.
