i think this is my favorite of the designs youve done so far, i love the cloudy hooves and the way her wings have a little rainbow in the feathers! and her ponytail, thats adorable she really feels like a fun loving sports pony

About rainbow in general, she's rainbow- so why is she primarily blue- her whole theme is "rainbow" so make her a neutral color like white or something- it just bothers me ._.
