Yamaha RX100 was the go-to bike for two-wheeler enthusiasts back in the 80’s and early-90s. Back then, the Yamaha RX100 not only set a benchmark for two-stroke motorcycles but also single-handedly changed people’s perspective towards motorcycling.
The Yamaha RX100 was launched in November 1985 and the company kept manufacturing it until March 1996. The government’s decision to pull the plug on all two-stroke motorcycles ended of the Yamaha RX100's reign in India. But the success story carries on even today
The RX100 was the result of Yamaha going back to the drawing room after the RD350 failed to light up the market. But even Yamaha couldn’t have anticipated the outcome of their radical approach, making the Yamaha RX100 the legend it is today. The best example of this is that enthusiasts are still willing to handover hefty amounts of money in order to own a well-maintained example of the RX100.

Bro, you can't simply keep the throttle at the same position for long. You need to keep releasing it every 10 seconds or so. That's the reason why that seizing sound came.

@@SpeedyLioYou can't ride a freshly rebored bike with an open throttle at a stretch. You have to constantly let go of the throttle. Probably that's what he meant. The way you were riding from 3:40 to up until it seized. Especially from 4:30, it raised my BP 😂

Don't depend on oil pump, use premix method , this is the main reason for engine seizure and overheating.
it had oil in tank also but pump oil was not sufficient
40ml 2t per litre petrol premix use karo..engine never got seized
I recently rebuilt my rx135 , from that time I removed my 2t pump from the engine ,and I used premix 40ml 2t oil per liter and completed 7000 kms .I got good result ,no engine seizure,also the sound become more clear and smooth .I suggest to use premix 40ml / litre

Hi, I own a KB 100 and i faced exact same situation twice. I hope you have done the restoration recently, so the gear wheel will be tight and it can't take too much of RPMs thus it will stop the crank which lead to magnet coil stop, thus all electricals will stop. I am pretty sure of this, because i mix 2T oil directly in tank (60-80ml per litre). So piston sieze is completely ruled out. My kind advice, Don't exceed 60km speed for next 5000 kms. And after that gradually increase speed for every 1000kms and There you go.... Everlasting 2Stroke
When you set a new block you have to be very careful with the speed of your bike..

That's why piston lapping is necessary especially if u have an old bore. If stored for a few year's the cast iron leaves minute cracks which is not visible to the naked eye & when heated again it's pores get opened & sieze the piston. Use xtra oil in fuel for direct lubrication of the bore.fingers crossed hope it didn't do much damage to the kit.

@paulkumar8514 bro that aluminum side covers where Yamaha branding and Yeis branding is present. Those get heated up.
I thought only engine and exhaust should heat up. But why are they getting heated up. Is it normal
@@roxymigurdia69 this issue I'm hearing for the first time as left side we have magnet and right side we oil pump.. if I'm not wrong check if your moving parts are rubbing against the covers if it's heats up something is somewhere wear and tear will be there

Tumhari bike piston pakad rahi hai because bore is not done properly, at certain temperatures the piston is expanding and the diameter bore is done that's not correct for expansion of piston.

I thought of suggesting you to add some 2t oil to the tank in the last video, but forgot to comment. 😢😢😢 I don't trust 2 oil pump these days. Moreover adding 2t oil to the tank prevents it from catching rust fast. Please add 5-10ml per litre to the tank.
i did add oil in tank, later we increased the flow of oil in pump.
