In any normal murder investigation you Beenie would be brought in for questioning as it was well known he and Boogle had issues and attractions. Even if it was to eliminate him as a suspect they would want to question him. This shows clearly that the police were shackled as ppl such as a politician were paid off and at a very high level. So that make the case against Beenie stronger. As why would he feel the need to pay off police if you innocent ? And why was he not questioned???
