We're expecting our first baby in less than 3 months, this list as well as all your vlogs have been very insightful, lovin all the videos, keep up the great work! (ps i bought pretty much everything off this list haha..)
Albert, dude comments from guys like you are the reason why I'm making these vids. Thank you!! If you've ever got any suggestions or thoughts on a new vid, feel free to let me know. Thanks for following along 👍
2023: I was looking for a Boppy lounger but they’ve been recalled and discontinued due to some babies falling asleep, rolling over and dying in them. So, I’m trying to figure out a good method for lounging safely. Would love an update on a safe and convenient option. My best guess right now is if we’re hanging out on the couch together, watching the baby flat on their back and using a blanket. Or maybe a bassinet on wheels.
New Subscriber in Los Angeles. Came across your channel a couple months ago. Wife is 37 weeks, so any day now. Great channel and very relatable for this mid-30's dad-to-be. Would love to see a day in the life to see how you balance work and a new baby. Keep it up!
My hubby doesn’t like parenting books. I’ve tried getting him dad focused ones but he hasn’t opened a single one. 😑 he’s all about learning by doing and making mistakes. But he’s a great daddy. And OMG Gripe Water is amazing for my little girl’s gas issues. Especially at night
I just stumbled upon your page and it is so informative! I’m pregnant with my second son and it’s been about an 8 year gap. All of these products that you are reviewing is such an eye opener for me to see how much things have changed ! Thank you! Definitely a new subscriber.
Our baby girl also is a defense too, we continue to use the Swaddle Up 50 50 till she is now 6.5 months. Btw I just ordered the book for my hubby, will see how much he like it. Good luck with your little one. Cheers!
only thing is... for diaper cream, if you have ever put it on your raw skin...OUCH! I honestly have to say that zinc is great as a precaution but if your baby is raw then I highly recommend skin fix Diaper balm... it heals and doesn't hurt! and honest soothing bottom wash is gentle healing, helps clean the poop off and a major help with the smell:)! thanks for these reviews they re awesome!
We have to learn as parents all these things are mostly for our convenience not the babies . That includes medicines to make them stop crying or coughing . We have to chose if we can put up with some stuff or if we really have to do these things to survive lol . Being a new parent is hard I know I have gone through it and we also have one due August 13 2019 . I’m relating a lot to your guys videos because I buy most the same stuff you guys show case as I did with our first child we agree on a lot of the same products being useful thanks for the content man .
You have the best videos! Super consistent, informative, honest and relatable! I tell my husband to watch you so he can learn more about baby stuff! Your videos never feel like its forced and your voice is soothing!!! Thank you for videos!! Keep it up!!!!!!
Great list really appreciate seeing a great list like this from a father. my girlfriend and I will be new parents within a few weeks, and I just discovered your page, and it has a lot of good advice. one question I have is: should I get a better, or more "professional" camera? right now i have a samsung Galaxy S9. It takes good pictures, but just wondering if you think an actual camera is worth the investment? Thanks
I'll need to make a video about that since I get that question a lot. The S9 camera is pretty fantastic but if you'd like to start taking more pictures of family for photobooks and getting better depth in your images from some better lenses, then a regular camera may suit you well. The Canon GX7ii (amzn.to/2nt6V7a) is a popular point-and-shoot that takes great pictures and has a compact size. I think a great starting kit for beginners is the Canon Rebel (amzn.to/2vyAzw9) series. This takes excellent pictures and allows you to add more lenses to your arsenal to enhance your photo skills over time. I could talk about this forever but I'll stop here for now. Hope that helps.
Rewatched about 13 times trying to prepare and remember. How long did your wife’s labor take for both of your children? Afraid that the hospitals will try to rush a C-section and don’t want that while my child’s mother is in labor.
I noticed you have an UppaBaby Vista. You should post a review sometime on how you guys and baby like it! It's at the top of my splurge list! Loved this by the way!
That's a great idea, thank you for that suggestion. A couple people have commented about it on other vlogs so I'll add it to the queue. Got a few more reviews coming in the next few days so stay tuned! Thanks again, Hannah 😀
My boyfriend want to read a book. He feel like he know lest than me about baby and pregnancy. What would you recommend as the one and only daddy book ?
I would give three recommends: "The New Father" by Armin A. Brott "Bringing Up Bebe" by Pamela Druckerman "Happiest Baby on the Block" by Dr. Harvey Karp
I have a 4 year old and a 4 month old. Love your review. One thing I will say. In a lot of latino cultures, its a bit of superstition to look at a baby, and not touch it. You know like when they start telling you, omg your baby is so cute !!!Well thats what my mom and also my wives mom told me. I don’t believe in that but for some older people its a big deal, they say the baby can get sick. Idk man lol
Be careful with the nose freeda. I was a nanny for a family that the mom used it when the baby was sick with a cold and she sucked so hard she actually burst her babies ear drum.
Do you have any second hand items that you can afford to give away? We are expecting our new born in 4-5 weeks. You've mentioned some really cool stuff.
So the plan is that if this channel were to have major growth, I'd like to sponsor more giveaways and provide gifts to parents in need. At the moment, what we don't use we've gifted to local family and friends like diaper bags and whatnot.

Thank you for this. My brother is going to be a first time dad, was hoping I'd find a dads perspective vid on here.
Our baby girl also is a defense too, we continue to use the Swaddle Up 50 50 till she is now 6.5 months. Btw I just ordered the book for my hubby, will see how much he like it. Good luck with your little one. Cheers!
Awesome to hear, I hope he likes it! Best of luck with your baby girl as well. Hopefully you're getting some semi-decent sleep with her at 6 months.
Tiu Review yep wake up once per night on a regular night. Somehow when it's my hubby's night , she wakes up twice .

I'm sorry but who gives this guy or any of his videos a dislike?? I'm literally about to buy the book he just recommended. All very informative
It's because the videos are too short you know?
You have the best videos! Super consistent, informative, honest and relatable! I tell my husband to watch you so he can learn more about baby stuff!

If you swaddle baby do you have to put another blanket on top 🤔

The boppy is $30?! It's $70 in australia

Heck yeah, hate random people feeling they can either touch my belly or my baby!!! hahaha
Where did you get the grey backpack ( 2:43 - 2:46 ) ?
Be careful with the nose freeda. I was a nanny for a family that the mom used it when the baby was sick with a cold and she sucked so hard she actually burst her babies ear drum.
If the butt paste doesn't work for you, try the desitin. The butt paste did not work for my grandson on getting rid of diaper rash.
I am from Brazil. Could you write the suggestions? It is difficult to understand the product name.
At 635, you tell the link.
Hey, what do you think of the snuggle baby nest co sleeper to use as a lounger or is it just supposed to be used on the bed?
Boudreaux’s butt paste is amazing highly recommend
yes it cute baby Nevi for safe newborn Called Ashley

Ugh I can’t stand desitin! Yuck! Triple Paste also works really well and I can’t smell it at all.
Great suggestion about Triple Paste!
What kind of bag does your wife have?
Currently using a Fawn Design in blush.
Look into Miss Fong diaper bags if you want something more affordable. It’s the same exact bag for about $100cheaper
