  • Quick little clip. Didn't have much time lately. Customer with a Mustang says it needed a jump. They left out some information though. In other news, my skyline has officially made it through customs and I can actually have it (even though I already had it). Now I have to wait 6-12 weeks for a title from the DMV. I'm also waiting for my downpipe and cat-back. Supposedly on backorder so, a few weeks for that. I did find some stuff for the 5 lug swap on eBay, the rest I can get from RockAuto. FUN!
    Thanks for watching.

Shit happens. Better a simple mistake, than a complex one.

    Oh no....
I've done basically the IT equivalent to this back in my teenage years. I set up a PC and had there was no display, and after pulling the PC itself apart and testing everything in a different machine I decided it could be the monitor, and that's when I realised I hadn't connected the cable at the back of it...
Good thing I never took it to the local PC repair joint, they would have laughed at me so hard, and I've fixed several of their stuff-ups 😂

This is why if you DIY take your time, I have seen both sides mess up jobs being in a rush. If need be take pictures before removing and ALWAYS check any fasteners and electrical plugs that you removed

They're lucky, I had to upgrade the pigtail when I changed the alternator on my town car. That cost an extra $25 for that connector.

All that corrosion on the positive battery terminal is high resistance waiting to happen . Might as well clean both . A good battery charge and test , charging system test and that should do it .
