- In 2016 Nike and Acronym teamed up to release a new version of the Presto, which has since become an iconic techwear sneaker. This new 2018 version adds a pattern to the cage & toebox and come in new colorways including grey (shown in this video), volt, and pink.

Honestly, I just love the silhouette, the little details, and the vibrant colorway of the pink/blue to really pop against all of the black and grey I wear. I'm glad they're not hyped.
I read an interview about the acronym vapormaxes where Errolson talks about how when people see something new their initial reaction is to hate it but eventually get used to it. I found this to be the case with both the vapormaxes and these prestos and both are likely my favorite shoes. that man in insane.
There's definitely an element of that, the patterns E uses on the Vapormax and these are so different to most sneakers on the market they take some getting used to. Having them in hand really helps as you can appreciate the detail much better

That's exactly what I always thought of them.. Didn't like them at first but as time went by started to like them little by little and it's actually 💯% true

I’m a size 9.5 and went down to a size 9 and they fit perfect. I was going to initially go with a size 10 but I’m glad I didn’t because there would’ve been too much space. Thanks again!

I removed the stitching on the strip with the acronym branding and took it off of mine, making them look more like the 2016 version.

I personally really enjoy when techwear takes the serious structure of its namesake but infects a little fun with some crazy bright colors

Those look great in hand. Was not feeling them from the pics. Personally, not a fan of the ankle sock on a Presto...but those actually look good. Another reminder to not judge a shoe to you see it in person. Keep it up. Subbed!

I have the yellow ones and I prefer the pattern layout of that one vs the Greys and my primary palette is also light grey and white so the fit is a little bit better for me. Will get the pink ones and maybe even get the grey ones for a custom later down the road. Add 3M, Custom paint job, and maybe remove the cage. This month has some shoes I really want to try out, like the Pegasus 35 Shield and Jordan 33, so we'll see in the coming weeks.
My favorite shoe of the year was the Nike Gaiter all black and the USA colorway, also this presto and Nike Footscape utility. Those are my favorite shoes of the year.

LOVE these & this entire drop. Also i love the Pattern, it is Acronyms distinctive branding as of late and if you remove it, looks much more like a regular Presto.

This Is Antwon no doubt, pattern is super nice imo too, on the pink/blue pair it is the nicest to me.

My favorite sneaker hands down.
I got myself a dynamic yellow ones, however it's sad that the carftsmanship on the print are quite poor and cheaply done. So I'm thinking of removing it actually, and the tutorial vid from you would be very helpful. Thanks!
@ 4:54 - Yeah, I kinda felt the same about the black/white pattern on the cage and toebox of these. Most of my footwear is ALL BLACK, and it took some courage for me to buy my first pair with white soles. Overall, still excellent shoes, but I'm interested in modifying that black & white pattern too.

So torn on which size to go, especially when it comes to the leather utility presto. I normally wear size 8 in Air Jordan 1 but 8.5 in Air Max and most Nike basketball sneaks. Would you recommend size 8 in the Acronym & utility presto, especially since the acronyms only come in full sizes? (I can only find a size 8 in the triple black utility mid prestos)
Looking forward to the tutorial on removing the pattern. I picked up the volt and grey prestos and I love them.

Not going to mod mine but I'd like to see how it's done
I modified mine by removing just the toe pattern and leaving the cage, really love the look with the matte black toe that's hidden under there and the pattern still adding some character to the sneaker. My advice for anyone trying is use 100% acetone cotton balls or rounds and gloves. Also make sure you avoid the overlays or use painters tape to avoid any acetone touching them because it will cause them to peel away if you're not careful.
Thanks for the tips! Taking the toe cap pattern off is a nice compromise between keeping the unique look and making them a little more stealthy

I have the grey pair and I think they are too good to pass up. My top 3 are the Olive, Bamboo and Grey pairs. I hope some day I can get all three.
Got all 3. Like the pattern on the yellow, dont mind it on the grey and dislike it on the pink. Just feel like its too busy on that pair.

Just bought these. I removed the pattern immediately ahaha had acetone on my shelf
As soon as the shoe entered my room I pulled my acetone out and took the patterns off immediately LOL. Taking the patterns off pretty much makes this colorway the best looking in the set in my opinion.

nah sadly but I will say with a good amount of acetone and a little time they will look EXACTLY like the ones that Antwon showed in the video, that's how mine turned out
can someone help me find the right size to get if I want to buy this shoe? as I notice they have a rather strange sizing of S, M, L, etc. which correspond to a number ' range' like, US 9-10......as opposed to just US10, etc.

I think the pattern takes away from the fingers look. just makes it look like a big flat plastic block. a lot of the expensive shoes going atm have either fingers, or cables wrapping up for the laces. the big block types all seem to have lower prices.

I copped the black pair and the white pair! And love them both! The pink was too vibrant for my taste. People are going to regret sleeping on this release in a year or so... wait and see... Also, don't mod a piece of art man!

Love the shoe but the pattern on the toe box and the cage is killing me. I think the rendered pictures looked better.

I do! He's got a very defined personal style which is great, although a bit too tactical for me. Could definitely see some MXDVS stuff being incorporated into techwear though

I don't like the look of the new jackets as much as the Lizard Parka from SS18, although the one where the pockets turn into a backpack is some pretty interesting functionality so who knows!

The patterns have definitely grew on me since I first saw the renders. I feel like the sneakers will be too plain and boring if you removed them. Still look good, just too plain.
Should I get these or some Off-White vulc lows. Considering the price of both and the looks and so on
