- A clip of Freak Flag (in full) that I have not yet seen on TH-cam, so here it is. From the Monsters vs Aliens DVD.
For some reason, it wouldn't allow me to view this on the DVD itself, yet I managed to rip it in full without even trying. Go fig.
And God, it pains me that I may never see this show in full myself, much less with the entire original Broadway cast. 8C Ah well...
Even if this is probably the umpteenth vid of this song here, I hope someone enjoys this as much as I did when I found it.

In the one that Netflix has Pinocchio hits a D6 in his head voice and it is the most beautiful note I've heard!

Oh my gosh.. Our Shrek musical's Freak Flag (the actual flag) was the Les Miserables flag with a Pinocchio nose. I was laughing so hard from the audience.. It was, all in all, an amazing play.

I just realized--The wolf sheds Granny's nightgown...to reveal a _red_ dress underneath. That's a neat little reference!

Gotta say I like the humpty dumpty costume here more than the one used in the DVD. In the DVD, I like the mad hatter more than the gnome. And I don't know why, but I think that the wicked witch has the best costume

I love Shrek The Musical. I bought the DVD and I watched it twice. The songs are so fun and catchy. Plus the story is awesome!!! I never got to see Shrek The Musical live but now that I have the DVD of this popular musical I can watch it whenever I want. I lost count on how many times I watched this funny video. I'm going to let my freak flag fly and never take it down!!! LOL!!!
My middle school is doing Shrek the musical for our Spring show, it’s the Jr version so it’s not exactly the same but I’m playing Fiona but I sort of wish I was a fairy tale creature because I love both of their songs especially this one

i had doubts about this musical, but everything ive seen on it is blowing me away
It's supposed to be Gingy singing, there trying to get the puppet to Distract you from the actor, for example in the lion king musical you can clearly see the actors but the costumes and puppets keep you in aw.
The theatre near me is doing this, I got Pinocchio. I’m very proud of myself.

As someone who played Pinocchio in this musical it is saddening to hear that in the official Broadway version this song had my character as the center and I deserved more screen time.

@RKKGamer12 Exactly my point. Dania451000 up there said that Humpty Dumpty "should be" played by a guy, even though the original rhyme doesn't specify Humpty's gender. So those in the musical are free to have the character played by a man OR woman - whichever they want.

1.) If you mean played by an actor in costume, then need I remind you that he's a freaking cookie? Even played by a puppet, he's big as it is.
2.) The original Humpty Dumpty riddle/rhyme does not refer to Humpty as "he" or "she".
