    but the garden fence on the south remains the property of the vendor 1914 Frank Marshall what does that mean

    Your post is all very well & good. However, I trust that Stephensons did not carry out work at your behest on a pro bono basis. I have /am experiencing problems with my neghbours & just to get a fixed half hour app with my solicitors cost me well over one hundred pounds. !!!

      Good evening ... sorry if my response is 5 months late ... That is me in the video .... I approached my house insurance as had paid the small extra to have legal insurance .... Stevensons looked at what was involved and because they thought there was a greater than 50% chance of me winning they took it on .... and sense was finally seen the day before the first court hearing ... Legal Insurance is the way to go! ... Do hope yours is sorted

      Paula Crowther if you don’t mind me asking. If there is a disputed piece of land which belongs to neither of the two neighbours that are arguing over the disputed land but if one of the neighbours maintained the disputed land for many years including the previous owners and the other neighbours who claim that it’s their land but have never maintained it or the previous owners that lived before the neighbours that never maintained it then by law does the land belong to the neighbours that maintained the disputed land.
      Also the neighbour that maintained the land has been living at the property for 7 years since 2012 but the other neighbours who has never maintained the land but continues parking on it as he thinks it’s he’s land only moved last year in June 2018.
