I recently purchased an older (8th gen) civic SI and didnt know much about them. Appreciate your review as a owner of a newer one to see what has or hasnt changed between them
I have the exact same car as you except mine is black. It's a great car. I love it. Has tons of power for me and I love that it's a standard. My only complaint about this car is the horrible rev hang in it. Thankfully, I purchased a Hondata FlashPro and disabled the rev hang and the car is a lot better and way more fun to drive with it disabled. The car was so rough and jerky with it on. It was driving me bonkers. Disabling rev hang is a must if you have an Si. Honda really disappointed me with the rev hang but other than that, it's an awesome car. If you haven't disabled it in your car yet, I strongly recommend you do so. It makes the car a lot better and a lot more fun to drive. Really hoping Honda fixes that issue in the newer Si's because I won't buy another one if it doesn't get fixed because the rev hang absolutely killed the driving experience for me. The Hondata is the best thing I could've bought for that car. Great video though. I enjoyed it.
Great review. Had a 2019 si coupe as well, same color. Had to trade it in cause I had a baby on the way and needed a family car. Was fortunate to get a pretty good deal on a type r a couple months ago though.
@@jaykyut6881 thank You very much. Man I recently did the same. I traded in my coupe was looking on a Type R but numbers were not good so I just got the new hatchback which is a great car.
Thank You I had 31k miles but with 2 kids I had to get rid of it unfortunately, I was looking for a type R but they wanted too much, just got s civic hatchback
A 2020 is 25k? Saw a 2020 si with 17k mi for 18k. I have a g35 coupe and im wondering how much slower it is? I'll either be getting a civic coupe or the Toyota 86, im just not sure but being 6'2 this seems best
The coupe isn’t made anymore so it’s more expensive just did a quick search on auto trader in my area do 2 coupes with 53k miles is $23k. My car has 26k miles. The est 0-60 time is 6.3 on the side and 6 seconds on the g35 coupe. Not too much difference. Drive them both and see which you prefer
I got me the 2020 SI sedan to me it is much beter looking civic..SI it stil give me the performance that I want nice video and good luck on your cope for many years to come 😊
Bruh a friend of mine has the new GR86 228hp at the crank its a huge uprgrade over the previous Gen. It pulls and the 50/50 weight distribution makes it handle like a go kart. I would get one over the Si easy. Its pretty much track ready minus the tires.

Thank You very much. How has the car been for you? I really enjoy it
Nice car. I had the 2000 si sedan in blue and now have the 2022 si sedan in blue. The heated mirrors turn on when you turn on the rear defrost button.
Thank You very much. Great cars
Love the coupe! Good handling around corners. Love the safe features
Agreed. Great money for the car especially considering the MPG and low maintenance

Thank You for the insight I’ll definitely look into it.

Awesome. Honestly with the price of cars today these 20k ish, turbo 4 cylinder sports cars are really a great value.

@miguelcastaneda6382 I like the coupe but I’ll be honest the 11th gen Civic to me is a better looking car inside and out.
