Singing bowl sounded great Ieva and - hair brushing is another sleep inducing trigger for me. I healed myself (got over a certain amount of PTSD) by playing my singing bowls earlier this year. Though unfortunately ended up being put back on pharmaceuticals recently. Pharma have their place but I feel they've been over relied on too much over recent years and ultimately it's not the way forward for the long haul. If I had a bigger space that is quieter I might be able to heal myself more fully but healing is an ongoing process I've heard. It is no surprise in this day and age.
