the ones i have reviewed so far on my channel are the absolute bottom of the barrel 1/500s made from more than 20 years ago. so if you think they look okay, then you will be pleasantly surprised by the detail level of the recently made 1/500s, but keep in mind they are around 28 euro a piece while the older ones can be had for less than half of that price. 1/400 has even more detail, but is hard to collect (you often dont find the plane or airline livery you had in mind and have to settle for what you do come across).
