For those who don't know golden arrow started this war not red arrow when golden arrow and red arrow was a little kid their dad Yamamoto chose red arrow as the chosen one and after that golden arrow trained and trained to be stronger than red arrow but golden arrow didn't become stronger then after that golden arrow was jealous then when people tried to kill Yamamoto golden arrow just stood there and did nothing looking at their dad getting killed so that's why red arrow became evil red arrow just wanted to restart this world just to bring their dad back so golden arrow is the evil one for now bc if golden arrow didn't just stand there then red arrow would not be evil. i actually have 2 theories. As you can see, at the end of the video there is cyan arrow`s cap, which is kinda weird that it only appears his cap and not his full body defeated, with that, he could actually have survived and gotten away. Also, when golden arrow finds out about what frank did to cyan arrow, he might be FILLED with rage and that could lead to frank`s death.
