Nice video. I'm a fan. On Approach 1 you were cleared for RWY 24 L, but you made your approach to RWY 24 R. That is probably why there was an aircraft on the runway. Most parallel runway airports use one runway for departures and the parallel runway for arrivals. That's if they have a roughly 50/50 mix of arrivals and departures. Nice go around. It's something I should practice more myself.
