The said thing about this is that Mr Jeff Herbstman's phone went completely off the grid at 20:15 hrs on the Friday night and was black for 12 hrs. I don't believe the LE investigated his phone competently and retrieved all relevant tower records and Cdrs from the carrier in relation to the phone of Herbstman because they'd already made up the mind that . The reason that Herbstman's phone did that is that he had either DEEP sleeped it (for an Android phone this is done by holding down the start button for ten seconds until the phone powers down ) overnight or he had put it in Airplane mode . That means JH's reliance on his phone as a positional alibi is utter rubbish except to those who don't understand the basics of Cellphone systems. So what Mr Foreman is saying in this regards is "Out of the mouths of babes " effectively. I really doubt that Foreman did it - she could out run him very easily. He's not built for speed or agility.
I hate how the defense it trying to get him to say what he wants him to say “leading” just ask another question!! Damn! I do find it weird for anyone to be having a conversation about a deceased victim and stating how they would’ve left their phone at home during the crime that is extremely ODD!!!!!!
