  • Not every relationship will last forever. Not every person is meant to be in our life. But whether someone is in our life for a brief moment or for the rest of our life, every relationship has something to teach us.
How we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us is what determines the quality of our life. When we live in harmony, we feel peaceful. When our relationships with those three things are strained, life becomes strenuous.
In today's podcast, I talk about the secret to living in wise relation with everyone and everything around us, including ourself. I talk about how we can know when to give grace, and when we need to create boundaries. And I share how even when relationship do end, we can walk away with peace and love.
Please enjoy other episodes where I share meditation techniques, tips and spiritual lessons from around the world for peaceful and stress-free living. Remember to subscribe to stay up-to-date.

My career as a massage therapist for 27 years has been working with injury rehabilitation with goals and expectations. I now work with hospice patients bringing balance to my life and how i show up in the world.! No agenda, no expectations and no fixing. Only presence and love brought to the table has been grounding and transforming to the depth of my being.

I was walking alone through a forest on a mountain on a fine spring day when suddenly and calmly I felt myself lift into state of divine vibration with everything around me. I didn’t feel like a particular being - I felt completely at one with everything around me. The colours of the flowers and trees and sky glowed and I felt myself move and drift gloriously as an absolute porous entity in complete harmony with all around me. This lasted for a short while but it was also timeless. A moment of a purest form of great, shining joy and innocence.
    What was that?
When life gets tough I remember this moment as being above all human suffering and sadness in this world - a secret place I’ve been so lucky to have visited. A place of absolute truth and beauty - in touch with our real divine existence.

Every time I listen to you Todd, even if it's the same video, I learn something. I've always considered myself as a very good person, however, I'm realizing that to be an a better person, we don't pick and choose who we are kind to.

Help me out brother. What to do when you are homeless and hungry? It’s hard not to focus on something to eat or a safe and comfortable nights sleep and instead focus on the present moment without labeling it. I find it difficult to find peace when I’m living in poverty. Should I embrace hunger as my calling in life? How do people find a path to peace through suffering?

I am so sorry to read that. I don t know the answer, but maybe if there is one little thing you can be grateful for in your life, focus on this one. say thank you, thank you thank you truly in your heart. As deep gratefulness for being able to f. ex. breathe can be felt in your heart- it will change… you will get more for what you can say thank you. You don t need to know how, this us the universe s part, your part is only to say thank you to existence. 🙏🏽

I feel you. Your position makes a path to peace hard to understand. Praying for things to change for you.
