The tip about throwing a heavy to counter GB spam was SUPER needed! I've been wanting a better way to punish that.
An extra tip for you. don't guard switch after you counter gb, otherwise you give up your frame advantage due to the 100ms delay when switching your guard

if you get jorm in the future, as a rep 22, hyper armor is busted, heavie cancels are important and abuse his GB down, gets your stamina back instantly, also combo-ing off of his normal GB, (per-say light GB, GB down heavy which regains stamina which leads into more abuseable heavies)

I have this experience aswell and I change name every month lol. When you parry him and win he spams wow and ok. If he wins he will be trying to bait salt even if you have been respectfull and said good fight the whole match lol. I just find it funny but its sad to see he does it vs normal casual players while crutching on sham in mm and can barely parry lights consistently

I main Cent and I don't like the Conq matchup either tbh, if you run into the two Conqs in this game who actually know how to play the character. That said, you can zone and then parry his full block punish which is *very* funny.

You need to send it rightttttt after you counter guardbreak. Just spam the heavy as soon as your counter guardbreak. It beats everything except a light and of course if they wait and parry.
