I remember booting up the game on early access and my first game on Kaleidoscope spawning into a MAV and being under the map and getting out and being underwater and 2 lives later a full spray of my AR missed every shot beyond 30 meters and I knew this would be a long 2-3 years before the next game 😂.

I only just picked up the game and I've had a bunch of recurring bugs already (black screens, UI bugs, vehicle camera spawning under the map after using missile) but damn I feel lucky to have missed the release
Dice is likely not gonna fix those for good 💀

I got the game at season 6 and I too, have experienced all the bugs you mentioned.

Enders is underrated in the BF community. I could only imagine if he had the same community influence as jack. Then DICE/EA couldn't ignore the feedback.

imagine you got to mcdonalds and each time you go they fuck up your order EXTREMELY bad like im talking they give you a wrap instead of a burger with a side of ice cream dipped fries bad and you are just forced to try and enjoy the meal. This is what BF2042 has felt like to me. Me as a consumer who PAID FULL PRICE to enjoy a FULLY FINISHED product, am not enjoying said product and then I'm expected to wait for YEARS for "updates" to fix issues that should have been fixed since alpha/beta phase. Its actually unreal how EA and DICE are getting away with releasing garbage and expecting their consumers to not be mad and wait patiently as they fail to fix everything wrong with the game.
I kinda forgot the beta and the launch were so BAD , just looking at the clip gives me those dark memories, 40 fps and constant lag :/ :))
I definitely need to do a podcast on important games during my lifetime. A man in my early 40s, I ranked this franchise ahead of COD, and maybe just maybe as fun as Socom. B4 been my fav of all time. B42 took awhile but I have enjoyed it more ever since. I still say wished a bit more other better maps but this game took leaps and bounds to become enjoyable and a healthy alternative to COD especially mw3 which is underwhelming as we speak.
