- Welcome to Japanese Apartment Tour. My Japanese Apartment is very old but still very well maintained and good to live. It is enough for one person or for a family of four as its 3LDK Japanese house, meaning one dining, one living room and one kitchen. I have left Tokyo and moved to another city hence the Rent is different than that of Tokyo or Osaka. Depending upon the prefecture and locality, the rent of Japanese Home or apartment varies.
There is a famous saying that Japanese apartment are of shoe box size which is somewhat true but not all apartments are same. I kept my Japanese apartment less crowded as compared to full of furniture and stuff. In that way I will feel Japanese apartment much bigger as the ceilings are also little low for my height.

@@anshumathur5374 Hanji this was built in 1965 😅 last waale tenant k wajah se kaafi damages the but they replaced & repaired and jo ni kar sakte the usko maine khud hi theek kar diya like repaint & cleaning. Kuch cheeze kaafi outdated hai unlike High tech Japan but still it’s quite good. Also, yahan building ki life span hoti hai.. life span over hone pe they ask repair whole building. White wallpaper is everything 😂

I read your bio, and you mentioned that you can't speak Japanese and that you live there without speaking Japanese. It's quite wonderful and strange for someone who wants to work in Japan but doesn't know how to speak/learn Japanese quickly, and as a result, they fall short of their dreams, even if they have the potential to work there. I simply want to know, can someone who wants to do job at there, how can an Indian may find a job at there without japanese language in an MNC firm, I am a data analyst. I too wish to relocate to Japan and work there.

I would go as per your budget. Both are good and comes with its own benefits. If u r not worried about budget then go for independent house Specially if u have kids too.

Where in Japan are you staying?
Japan m Setagaya-ku, Tokyo ke pass kis jagah reasonable price me apartment rent kiya ja sakta for family of 3, Parents and kid?
Setagaya-Ku city centre(shibuya) ke bahut pass hai to renting wahan bahut expensive hai. Even agar aap mere waale housing complex waalon ko choose karengi tab bhi. 1LDK is 1.5lac yen. Aap google pe UR housing pe search karlo, inke har city me apartments hote hain. As u have kid, May be u r going to choose a location near Indian School. Wahan pe bhi aapko UR apartments mil jayenge

What are the prospects of studies from Japan to get a job across the world, is japanese language mandatory to learn or mode of study is english? Whats the process for enrolling in graduate and post graduate courses and whats the process to look for accomodation for a newbie. Would appreciate your answers 👍
