Its a basic sleeve where you cut off the upper cap sleeve and sew the remaining long sleeve. Turns out the remaining part will serve as an off shoulder sleeve you saw in the video

You're welcome.
It depends on the kind of lace you're using and what you're combining it with. Not all lace can come out nice like Ankara print. But if you're combining your lace with a Swede material it would be nice ❣
