No doubt about it. They've mastered cloning, and clone Louis is so good, I got startled when they brought the second one on screen. Great job Louis, and clone Louis.
By far the most interesting video in some time. Part podcast style part friendly banter with a great dynamic, discussing and exploring each others history and Orrin’s connection to a crag I’ve never seen. Watching you move on rock I feel is far more informative for myself at least. I hope you make more content like this. And Louis perhaps be brave and pick a V15 and record your progress. I went to a sport session at Torbryan with some friends and they got me on their project. A humble 7b but I nearly flashed it. So if I picked an 8a.. l left that day having not sent but feeling more fulfilled with my climbing than ever. It is not a competition with others or myself. It is an experience. I am continually inspired by your honest progress. Thank you both of you
That area is probably the best outdoor boulder area I’ve ever seen, nice and mostly flat landing that’s not crazy sandy or muddy, rocks are bulletproof and clean, and has a huge range of problems for any boulderer as well as a nice overhang if it rains, can’t ask for anything more
Just between you and me, I have my suspicions that Orrin is actually.... a wizard! In all seriousness, there is a video of Orrin doing a climb here (at the wall with an overhang incline - featured in most of this video), where he hangs off the wall, reaches behind (to his chalk bag) to chalk up, and then uses _both hands_ to finish chalking up, for what seems like a good 1-2 seconds. And during these 1-2 seconds, Orrin simply hangs in mid-air without holding onto the rock wall. He literally defies gravity! He is clearly a wizard. I rest my case!
Would be good to see you 2 try to top rope the project overhang at Stanage , the roof of Wuthering direct. Once you find the tiny undercuts for the left hand then you can see how to link to the massive jug below the lip.
So I’m 34 and just started climbing a year ago, so far I’ve sent a V8, my end goal is to send at least one V17 in my life. Am I delusional? If I am, I don’t care, still gonna try. But it would be interesting to know, so am I?
Maybe not delusional but I'd say it is very, very unlikely. No reason why you can get into the high teens of V grades though and that would be a great achievement in itself.
@@mattmcnickseems like it. I guess V17 has to be indoors too. But unfortunately somewhere around 7A+ (V7 i think) indoors grades get harder than outdoors (or even harder than moonboard grades if you are strong enough)
"I just projected a hard piece of rock and then did it and cried for a bit"
How do I get that on a shirt?
No doubt about it. They've mastered cloning, and clone Louis is so good, I got startled when they brought the second one on screen. Great job Louis, and clone Louis.
I'm sorry but how the hell did you make forest rock look like a nice place.
that's some top tier editing right there.
Forest rock IS a nice place :((
Seeing Louis being coached really brings the difficulty into perspective.
Thanks for digitally enhancing my bicep for the thumbnail. I really appreciate it 🙏

makes me want climb outdoors again even more lol
Brilliant! "Do you want to try something a bit easier"? V9😂😂
i'm very impressed by the number of crash pads you guys lugged into the wilderness.
there is essentially no approach to forest rock
Would love another outdoor vid this summer!
I'm so confused - it was like there was two Louis's in the outro!
Was just watching you in magic Wood earlier today! Keep the outdoor content going Louis it's super intesting
Amazing bromantic fun video! More outdoor!!
It was awesome watching you two have fun climbing! :)
Excellent video Louis and Louis, well done!

it’s got everything except quality problems lmao
The rock is really slimy and wet 🤢😂
Hillarious video😅
And some strong climbing from Louis (and Louis!)
This video is everything. Thanks for existing guys!
This video is so cool! Glad to see the difference between indoor and outdoor climbing:)
I really need to have them trousers please Louis they will add at least a plus to my current flash grade.
Great video. Could feel the joy you guys had on that session radiating through the screen :)
That was a great video, you guys obviously love each other

This is super wholesome. great watch
haha you guys are really sweet together, and i enjoyed that video a lot!
I love the editing in the beginning!
Fantastic video man. I love the sheer joy you find in climbing

Maybe my favorite Louis video yet
Ink wouldn't know whoch one is the true canopener.
This duo and the Louis/AnnaHazelnutt duo are the best climbing duos on YT
"You wanna do another easy one?"
*The easy one in question:* V9
Very sweet, quite accurate too. ❤
"too old and too rubbish"😱🤔🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰
Give me a call Louis. I can get nonsense like that out of your head.
Happy Thursday.
outside bouldering looks like such a thrill. can't wait to try it
Man Louis is a beasttttt
As a local this feels like worlds colliding, neat. Louis guest setting at Social Climbing when?
ID on the louis pants?
The intro strongly reminds me of “a platypus… Perry the Platypus!”
Super fun vid!
Great intro!
I'd love to see the logistics and background of making this video
He reminds me of Drew Ruana with those glasses on
Love it ❤️
Full strength fitness tests on all levels. Who is the winner?
Does someone has the musics name they're really chill
you know hes on your lvl when he makes fun of you like that
The impression was good. The shaky camera work not so much....
How long between burns ❓
Fcuking el Forrest rock ! I cut my teeth there over thirty years ago 😂 who would ever thought so many hard problems would exist in Leicestershire !
12:22 inside what now
Everytime i come accross Collin content he is at the same crack :-P
Who of them is Louis?
Anybody got an idea on the striped pants louis is wearing? Would love to get some
From the outro, I'd say the girlfriend Orrin mentioned at the start is sitting right next to him.
relatively silly and the glasses are closest
how old are yall?
What shoes is Louis wearing?
mantra, super comfy, also like all shoes pricey :(
Such a missed opportunity to name the second boulder "sau-sit start"
First, feels nice
hilarious
orrin made you weirdly posh...
More content with the both of you!

what, a year? did you send v8 in the gym?
It would be unprecedented. Only 6 people in the world have ever done it and all of them started decades younger. No reason to not try though.
