Add a dash of Paprika also, it will give the sauce more of that Big Mac Sauce color and does enhance the taste.

Eliminate the Ketchup and put some sweet paprika in there.

There is no ketchup in Big Mac sauce
Take the ketchup out and replace it with same amount of American mustard and add a spoonful of paprika too and you've got the actual recipe.
