i m living in turkey and trying to make persian miniature too. but lessons are so expensive and not so good . Its so big chance to find a teacher like this.
The subtitle has many mistakes, or probably is synced mistakenly. Either way, many times it isn't representing what the man is saying. Still though, it is a good video. Edit: it seems better to say there 'some' mistakes rather than 'many' mistakes
Thanks for your note, it's very important. Is it just the timing wrong, or the translation itself is incorrect? We'll get a second round of translation now, to fix the inaccuracies.
@@Peryferie Thanks for the kind response. For example, the first couple of sentences before he introduces himself have some issues. Then e.g. at about 1:15 when he says he is 'amazed', I think it's better to use the word 'interested'; also it's better to put this word near the end of the monologue where the speaker actually says it. This way, I sense that this video was translated paragraph by paragraph on a manuscript, where the sentences are translated and re-ordered and got out of sync with the bit being spoken. There are a couple of places where the translation can be improved. I didn't pay close attention while viewing the first time due to having little time. But I could dedicate a time to work on a translation for you if you want to. Edit: also at 1:11 "financial aspect" is better instead of "financial reason"
@@threefour1598 because from 9th to 18th century Mongols and Turks ruled Iran. But that is in the past. I think Miniature art should reflect facecs families to Iraniams.
Questions: First of all what language the master is talking in to the girl? Can't be English!!! I doubt the master understands English. And if the student speaks Persian why cannot she speak Persian in this video? Why a master of Miniature art hangs his illustrations in such a haphazard and disorganized way on his wall? People pay thousands of Dollars for a small 8×10. You need to respect your own art.
Its amazing amazing

@@threefour1598 Understood, thanks for your help, we'll work on fixing these issues. thanks for the note!
i stopped reading the subtitles after the master painter said he does "nagashiye irani" (Iranian painting) was translated to "Miniature painter".
Why everybody is Mongol looking? Why not iranian looking?
It also crossed my mind that they don't seem Iranian. I don't know why
