Thanks for sharing this. It was a great BYU Forum. I'm grateful that I was able to invite David McCullough to BYU and that he graciously accepted. I shall miss him but fortunately he left a body of work, which breathes his wisdom and decency.
If you fight for the RIGHT the Lord is on our side. You see this time and again in the history in the Book of Mormon and in the Holy Bible. I have also experienced this...many times in my personal battles. If you are bold enough to stand up in the face of affliction, and you are in the Right, the Lord will support. "Choose the Right, Let the Consequence Follow"
I love the stories of the miracles, the divine intervention of the Revolutionary War. I love the determination against all odds of George Washington, his simple, poor, untrained soldiers, the other great military leaders that persevered. My heart swells when I read this part of history because I know they were on God's errand!
Thank you for this timely reminder of who we, as Americans, aspire to be!

Wow, that was quite the score! How do I watch the full speech? Love D. McCullough-wish our country was more interested in his writings and speeches
Remember... and remember to remember.
I love our country and its amazing history. We wouldn't be the USA without Washington. Thank you.
Down with error. Flash the sword above the foe. Every step disarms a foeman.

loved it!
I think we will shortly see similar miracles happen before the Lord returns.
Music should be lower in the mix. Like 25% of the speech. Great clip, though, thanks!
