I know you're not a fan of true damage in the game, which champion do you thing would be the most difficult to fix if there was no true damage in the game. I think Vayne off the top of my head.
To answer the title question, the answer is no. Azzapp is crazy on Vel. Vel is hard to play well if you do not play it regularly, but this was a good Vel game overall. The laning phase/wave management was problematic, but that is the adc - if it was done correctly, a Jhin Vel lane is pretty oppressive against an all in lane.

Irelia and Steve were a combo I had never expected. However, I enjoyed watching you pelt their team with Artillery, as she put everyone on her back.
skarner is the full package, cc, damage, tank and so clunky that he feels awkward to play.

Also, Azzapp would tell you this is the wrong Vel support build - he recommends Blackfire then Shadowflame or Horizon with Swiftie boots.
