Ruh Khus made from this traditional way is literally the best vetiver oil on this planet. It’s crazy good not like common brown vetiver that used to be just flat earthy and chocolatey opening. But this green ruh khus gives you so much more complexity, minty green sweet umami ulalalaa. Love it ❤

Huge potential to transform this region into a prosperous one. Had any European nation making same khus using such intricate process, they would have marketed it massively. There’s no dearth of brilliant products in every corner of India. Practically, we have the potential to once again become the export hub of the world. What we lack is just little bit of sophistication and marketing. Hope all workers in this region will one day get respectable income.

A very hard and laborious work, and the return very poor, feels sorry for the plights of the workers as well the owner's. Hope as time passes there will be modern methods with good returns to all those involved in this village industry's. 👍👏

Same as ancient wine making process that is collected after condensation. Like the distillation system but instead of using their feet to dump they can use the cane.

This is original Khus extracted from Khus grass and not chemically produced . Today it's impossible to differentiate between chemically produced things Khus or Vanilla from naturally produced .

@@adilnizam2120 The taste can't be described . It's used to add in water or milk to make Sharbat which is green in colour . It has unique fresh and cool and refreshing taste and smell. Gives cooling effect to body , very good in summer .
